It's the Wild Wild West!!!!
For a chain...it's not bad!  I've definitely had worse but not many better.  The first time I was here we were told the wait would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours for dinner.  It was packed...we didn't wait.  The next time we tried, we got there at the ungodly hour or as we used to say "the old people's hour to eat" at 4 pm just to make sure we got in.  The place was already hopping.

The decor is very western.  Not campy western.  Just yeah....western.

We sat down ordered some sodas and looked at the menu.  Gone was the huge Bloomin' Onion and they replaced it with a variation of same Bloomin' Onion called Texas Tonion.  It was freakin great!!
The other appetizers that I tried was the Authentic Texas Chili and the Firecracker Chicken Wraps.  The chili was nice and thick with lots of pungent chili flavor.  Extremely well done.  The chicken wraps were individual small wraps of chicken that had a good kick to them and the sauce was not unlike a ranchie/lime flavor.  I read it was supposed to be avocado...hmmmm.
Main entrees arrived in a good timely manner.  The steaks that were ordered I was told were very tender with lots of flavor.  Mashed potatoes were good also and the waitress kept the sodas coming.

All in all a very good meal, very good waitstaff.  The only reason not a 5 star was that the waitress asked us to hand over the dirty dishes over other people instead of walking around and getting them herself.  Not just once but time after time.  Not a nice thing.  But I'll be back for the food!

Went there two times last week (using up  a gift card from my cable company).  Terrible service, food, etc.

Yesterday, I walked in and no one was there to greet me.  The hostess finally stuck her head out and said, "you can just go into the bar area and get a booth."  Um, okay ...

I should have run then.  The server finally came over and took my entire order.  Mind you, the place maybe had 3 or 4 other customers in it.  No need to rush me.

It seemed like even my drink took forever ... suddenly my entree appeared.  Um, what happened to my drink, free bread and salad? Oh they came right after the entree.  Seriously?!  Then the server asked if I wanted her to keep my entree warm.  Um, no - I want my food in order and FRESH! Anyhow, not even halfway through my salad, my entree reappeared.  It was so gross and cold, I couldn't eat it.

Avoid until they learn customer service!!

Came here on a Thursday night and to my surprised, there was a crowd.  We didn't have to wait and was seated right away though.  The staff was attentive.  The food was what you expect from a chain steakhouse.  Not bad not great.  Steaks are around $20ish dollars that comes a side and salad.  2 Steaks and appetizer comes around $60
