The other night, late at night, I umm, had a little incident with my car and the end result was that I tore off the driver's side mirror. Oops. Well, this was a Thursday night, and I was supposed to drive from Austin to Omaha NE on Sunday. Crap! Of course I still could have made the drive but without that side mirror...it wouldn't have been as nice.
I called Longhorn.
First nice thing: The woman who answered the phone said "Try to find the part. It's cheaper if you bring in the part."
Okay.
I found the part, bought it, showed up at Longhorn and said please please pretty please is there any way in the world I can get this all done by early Sunday morning?
They got it done, and done well, and done for a good price, that day.

And if you nice guy at Longhorn are reading this, I can't remember your name (sorry, I'm bad like that) but I *did* get you a College World Series t-shirt, I just need to bring it by!
When my car was recently side swiped I needed a place to have the repair done. Upon a recommendation from a friend I took it to Longhorn. This was a rather minor repair, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me take a look before the payment and they worked with my insurance so everything ran smoothly. As for the scratch/dent that someone left behind (without leaving a note) you would never know it was ever there.
I had a great experience with this place. The people were warm and helpful and explained things well. There was even a cute dog hanging out in the lobby. The repair was faster than they estimated it would be, and it looked terrific when done. Also, they worked with my insurance company and made the process painless for me. Highly recommended.
I am nearly certain all positive reviews are written by the staff. Or maybe there is some kind of mistake because there is absolutely NO WAY they could be talking about the same Longhorn Collision. I had a very similar experience as jade. a. - ABSOLUTELY negligent, untrustworthy staff. I'm making it my mission to alert some sort of better buisiness bureau to this place. I have never been this disappointed in/livid about ANY type of service (or lack of).
i feel very out of place at any garage or body shop but the people at longhorn collision were so friendly and helpful that i (almost) felt at home.
the service was quick, they did a great job, and overall it was painless.
