Stayed at this property six years ago, the problem is the rooms haven't changed. The layout of the two bedroom suite is nice, but the carpets and TV need to be replaced. They have one of the worst selection of cable TV channels.
Great location, nice pool overlooking the channel.
Boat docks are convenient, but they are a pain in the ass to lug ice and supplies every day.
Wi-Fi is free and had a fast connection.
Once they redo the rooms, you can't go wrong.

Nice place and had a great stay with our Friends boat tied up at the dock right out side of the Resort. The room was great and we all had a try at the jacuzzi in the room!. There were plenty of Pasty's for all to assume or day dream or just go get another drink. The channel was not as full for the forth of July, but still enough fumes by those 2 cycle wave runners!

Recently, I stayed for 3 nights at the London Bridge Resort on a business trip along with a large group of colleagues. Although others found the hotel to be as expected, I found my room in particular to be below standards. The following is a summary of my impression:
Positives:
* Located right by the waterfront with many shops, restaurants, and activities nearby.
* My room included a kitchen with plates, silverware and such.
* Wi-Fi internet connection provided.
Negatives:
* My room was rundown, with threadbare, stained carpets, garbage under the sofa, cracked tiles in the bathroom, outdated bathroom fittings, toilet plunger in a garbage bag by the toilet, a balcony door that the wind kept blowing open (even while locked). Others in our party said they had much nicer rooms - maybe the property is undergoing renovation in phases.
* No breakfast included in the room rate. Breakfast restaurant on property has very slow service.
We had the pleasure of staying here on our way back to Phoenix during the hot Arizona summer. We only stayed here one night, but it was a decent experience. Very friendly hotel staff -- the rooms / furniture are all a bit worn down and show their age, but a good bang for your buck. It sits on the waterfront in Lake Havasu and has what looks like to be a very popular nightclub 'Kokomo' if you're looking to throw down spring-break style. Nearby Mudshark Brewery is a VERY tasty restaurant...highlight of our visit to Havasu.
Wouldn't recommend this place for kids, as its geared more toward the drinking crowd.
As one of the nicer hotels in town, I've always been pleased with my stays. I enjoy the spacious condo set-up. I especially like the pools, the adjoining Kokomo dance club and Martini Bay lounge (but miss the divey karaoke place this replaced), the glass elevators overlooking the grounds and the English Village/marina.
I've stayed here three times now, but this most recent time I found this gigantic hairball (blondish-brown hair, btw) kickin it in the corner by the bedroom nightstand, and my sister found what looked to be dried vomit on the wall.
Don' t stay here if you want a nice evening of quiet rest after a day of boating. It does get kind of loud ala "Girls Gone Wild", and you'll overhear all of the emcee's contests downstairs and all the floozies' intellectual missives on whose pasties are more shimmery.
i never stayed here, but i have, on many occasion snuck around the hotel at night, drunk as hell, for no apparent reason.
every now and then some drunk jock on spring break tries to make it from the roof of the third story to the deep end of the pool.
they never make it.
they all died.
sweet.

The London Bridge Resort is probably your best bet for a nice hotel in Lake Havasu City. If you want to stay right by London Bridge and the lake, then you'll definitely want to make reservations here.
I made the mistake of staying somewhere else once and if I could just remember the name of that dive, I would Yelp the hell out of it, but unfortunately, I can't.
The hotel itself is huge and is all-suite, which is nice. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious and come with kitchenettes. They have a spa, pool, fitness center and a few different on-site dining options.
If you do stay there or are in the area, definitely check out Kokomo- the only nightclub I know of right on a river.
