Every meal I have ever had here was tasty, delivered on time and at a reasonable price. The view is great and it is the perfect place for lunch with friends on a lazy weekend day. The appetizers are particularly yummy. As a matter of fact, I am kind of bummed that it is late at night and I can't go right now...sadness.

Came home to visit family for the Christmas holiday and decided I wanted to take everyone out to a nice meal. Normally I would have selected a definite 3-4 star restaurant in Seattle, but the winter snow storm made it a challenge to get around so I decided to try something closer to home.

Lombardi's wasn't my first choice (my first choice was closed due to the weather), but my family had dined there before and they enjoyed it, so it was really their call.

I arrived a little early (our reservation was at 6pm) and decided to kill some time at the bar with a glass of Chianti. The host appeared to be doing double duty that night because he was also our waiter. Being close to Christmas (Dec. 22) and experiencing poor weather, the staff lacked the enthusiasm one would normally expect. Service was slow and spotty throughout the evening, despite the restaurant mostly empty. I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca. The mashed potatoes arrived dry and cool and the sauce covering the chicken medallions had started developing a skin, leading me to believe my dish had sat out for a while. My father ordered the Veal Scaloppine, which arrived dry. The Scampi Diavolo my mother ordered was perfect (according to her).

I know I'm more difficult to please than my parents, so I'm certain they will return to Lombardi's some point in the future. But given that I only come home once, maybe twice a year, I know I won't spend my precious time dining at Lombardi's.

Went for happy hour while waiting ferry.  Great happy hour menu (the Angellica del morte was awesome (for once more cheese than bread)  the drinks were good.  So good we are looking the ones up here down in civilization (Seattle).

For sure will hit it next time we go up for the ferry.

I've been a patron over the years and have mostly had good experiences.
The view is beautiful from the Everett location..however you get customers that complain because of sun!!!Geez if you want to sit in the dark, either go some where elseor please tell your hostess to put you away from the window..because some of us REALLY look forward to the view and aren't happy when they close the blinds to appease the mole people!!
I prefer the Ballard location however it's more intimate.
I agree they removed some of their best dishes years ago...I guess I still go back cuz it's like a good ol' fuzzy pair of slippers. Not really cutting edge cool but comfy.

I came here for a work function. We got a large meeting room with a selection of appetizers. The wait staff was very attentive. Glasses were filled quickly. The view from the meeting room was very nice. I can't comment on the view from the main dinning room.

So... why three stars? Because the food was not very good. Some one told me it was like the Olive Garden, but I would give the OG more credit then that.

We use to frequent the Ballard location when we lived near Greenlake, but the trip down to Ballard isn't as easy with traffic from Shoreline as it used to so it's been a while since we've visited.

The Everett location is a wonderful spot for a nicer upscale dinner, check the website and menu for prices.  Consider this you are on the water, well at the marina with a beautiful view, plenty of parking and the food is good, so you are paying for it.  Tends to lean toward serving the Yuppie-ish crowd with all the Martinis and such in my opinion but the food was enjoyable, the kitchen has it's ups and downs speed-wise, so don't expect a "quick" bite to eat.

They were run by a husband and wife team back in the day, not sure if they still are, with only 3 locations I'd say they are.  Sadly our last visit to the Ballard location was less than desirable, but that's not to say this location is bad.  Having visited this location about 4 times each time the food has been good, just a bit slow coming from the kitchen.  Servers were okay, and tried to make us happy with the slow kitchen.

Price-wise I might save this place for a romantic dinner, but they can handle larger parties with no problem.  Why 3 stars?  Flavors were good, once we got our food.  The dining room set up is cheery and has a wonderful location/view, during the daylight hours.  A nice after dinner stroll along the marina is a nice way to end your meal.

For the view: 5 stars
For the food: 3 stars
For the service: 2 stars
Overall experience: 3 stars

My husband and I used to go to Lombardi's in Issaquah frequently and we both loved the menu, the atmosphere, etc.  When we walked into the Everett Lombardi's, the view of the water was beautiful, and I thought we were in for an enjoyable night.

For some reason, Lombardi's made the decision to limit their menu several years ago.  In doing so, they removed some of our favorite dishes.  The Angelica Della Morte (a garlicy homemade cheese) is still on the menu and is still an amazing, delicious appetizer.  The rest of the food was just average.  Nothing special, not like I remembered it.

The night we went, our server was a little snotty (not congested, mind you...she had an annoying sense of superiority about her--barf).

I guess I need to give Lombardi's in Everett another time, but I'm in no hurry to get back there.

This review is only for an event I attended in a private room.

First of all, we were not the best of patrons.  At this wedding reception there were too many guest and too many wild guests.  We did not all fit into the room and spilled out into the area outside.  They were kind enough to let us over flow and did not keep us bounded by the room.

I know were might have been numerous and noisy, but the staff could not keep a jolly smile.  I really didn't think we were that obnoxious.  It was a wedding reception.  Maybe they didn't like that there was a little cake fight and it got messy.

The food was delicious and they were courteous enough to always be trying to get us drinks.  The bartender at the bar didn't like it when we would get out of our cage and order from him, but he did make the best Bloody Mary.

So, the moral of the story is:  Don't rent out a room at Lombardi's for a large, rowdy group.  Don't get cake on their carpet, don't invite too many people, and leave when your time is up.

I guess I give them props for dealing with us the entire evening before kicking us out.  I will return and get a Bloody Mary!

Well this will be my first review!
I decided, mostly in an effort to practice, to review
my favorite restaurant Lombardi's in Everett!
I will try to remain objective, of course! But that
may be difficult, since I am there at the bare
minimum of every other week!
If you have 2 happy hours daily, that makes me
happy! As I am a very simple creature!
And let me just add, they have GREAT happy
hour deals!
So let be begin by appearance's, as we all tend to
judge by the cover!
From it's location on the Everett waterfront, to the
front door I would say it's exceptional! The front
door, has what appears to be metal vine's as the
door handle! Which are so very lovely, but just a
tad confusing.
I remember my very first visit, I thought it was too
pretty to be a door, so I walked around and tried
to get in the back door! But it is a handle!
I'm quite fond of the interior, it's classy without
being too glitzy, so that you don't feel out of place
in jeans! But at the same time, you could dress up
as nice as you wanted, and you'd still fit in!
I also like the sea turtles decorum!
When you walk in the front the bathroom's are
located to the right, and I judge ALL eating
establishment's by the condition of their lavatories!
This is very clean, there's always enough soap and
TP! And a big basket of paper towels!
I assume the men's room is the same??
My favorite place is to the left when you walk in,
that would be to the Bar! As the whole reason I
discovered this restaurant and continue to come
back is for their Happy Hour!
The Happy Hour!
3pm-6pm and 8pm-Close 7 days a week!
In order, to order from the Happy Hour menu,
there is a drink minimum, of $2.00 per person!
Firstly, there are different drink special's 7 days a
week!
Sunday - Bloody Mary
Monday - Long Island's
Tuesday - Vodka
Wednesday - Cuervo
Thursday - Bacardi
Friday -
Saturday - Martini's
I generally chose the lemonade with a raspberry
Stoli or the House Chiant! Its $3.00 bucks! As are
all the house wines and beers!
I always order the Angelica Del la Morte, its $3.00
and if you like Garlic! It's death by garlic!
The pizza margherita is also delicious! $5.00 for a
nice thin crust!
Happy hour menu, ranges from $3.00 to $5.00!
But wait, there's more! I've eaten in the regular
restaurant as well, and had a most delicious Steak
for $22.00, nice and tender!! Very delicious!
I probably ought to experiment more with my menu
choice's, but if I find something I like, it's very hard
for me to risk trying something that I might not like!
Although thus far, have had VERY good luck!
They also have a really great Garlic Chicken
Angelica Pizza! Very scrumptios!
I've been going there for a while, so I know the
staff pretty well by now, well at least in the bar...
the platinum blond is Michelle and the other one
with great short hair is Brittney!
I have a theory on the people who wait on you in
restaurant's and bar's, and that is if you treat them
nice and remember their name's, that you will get
much better service!

Oh I also want to add, that they do have problem's letting you take your left overs home from the Happy hour, they want you to eat it all!

So after reading the other reviews I got the impression that the venue was great, the food was mediocre and the service was slow.  I have to say it did go down somewhat like that for me, but I still liked it.  We were seated by the window during lunch, which on a sunny day like today was awesome, our service was a tad slow, considering the amount of waitstaff to customers and total customers, but our waiter was very friendly and I asked him a lot of questions about happy hour, etc.  I had the butternut squash ravioli and it was good, we then split 4 desserts, and they were good too - not something I probably will be craving, but I enjoyed my lunch here and think when it warms up it will be great for a nice outside happy hour.  Overall, I was good with my first time visit.

Went sailing with a friend the other day and stopped at Lombardi's for dinner.  I ordered a mojito which came with slimey brown mint in it; sucked,  We had a caprese salad (another of my favorites) which had three small basil leaves and no dressing.  My daughter had the Capellini Pomodoro but it was too salty to eat.  My friend had a steak salad and thought it was good.  The atmosphere is nice but the service so-so.  next time we'll stick with Anthony's

I have only been here once w/ my sister. She told me it was a happy-hour at Everett Marina to NOT miss. So we went. The happy-hour menu  food was great, and  they served us SOLID drinks. . . and were very diligent in overall service!

Lombardi's has a picturesque view of the marina and a tasty selection of Italian favorites, including bruschetta, pizzas, pasta dishes, and seafood. Offers a wide selection of wines. Service can be a tad slow at times, but the servers are amiable and eager to please. Suitable for a date or a family outing.

This very tasty gem is no longer a hidden treat. Four years ago you could get in here any day any time. The last time we showed up there was an hour and a half wait. Oh well, good for them, they deserve it. Great food, great views, plenty of parking and a nifty decor make this place a winner.

They are marginally Italian, but really it's Americanized cafe style, but done quite well. Some of the cheeses they use are a bit strong for my taste, but I avoid them. I've yet to order something for myself that I didn't like.

Yum!  This is one of our favourite date night places to go.  Great food in a beautiful setting.  Excellent homemade cheese and garlic (Angel of Death, aptly named.).  Everyone at the table should partake in this appy!  Excellent calamari.

I love their wine samplers.
