Definitely a find while driving back from Death Valley National Park.

I make it a priority to drop by Lok's Garden whenever I'm in town. Not only is the food delicious, but the service is also excellent! The portions are huge and have a wide variety of excellent food!
I enjoy getting the Gourmet Dinner with the Kung Pao Chicken. It comes with Won Ton Soup, 2 Potstickers, 2 pieces of Ribs, 2 Fried Shrimp, Fried Rice, Chow Mein, and the entree of your choice (mine being the Kung Pao Chicken). Holy cow was I surprised at the portions and tastiness of the food. I always have to ask for boxes to bag it up cause I cannot finish it. Other things I enjoy here are: Kung Pao 3-flavor, The Sizzling Combination, and the Hot Wings.
I probably have to say I enjoy the atmosphere of the place best of all. It is a small family owned restaurant that isn't huge in size but all the locals seem to know the place.

This place is great, I've been coming here since i was a kid. Now I take my son here. The food has always been great, the people are nice. You'll never be disappointed.

I really enjoy eating at Lok's Garden whenever I'm in Lake Isabella. The atmosphere is humble and on the smaller side yet quite pleasant. I enjoy seeing the locals having a good time; my daughter enjoys seeing the fish in the big fish tank when you walk in. They give you great service, the food is delicious, and the portion sizes are big. But best of all, the family that owns the restaurant are friendly, nice, caring folks that take a sincere interest in their customers. :)

You have to try the Hot Wings, Wor Won Ton Soup, and the Potstickers - they're amazing.
I always go to Lok's Garden whenever I'm in town because the food is great, the portions are HUGE, and most importantly, the service is amazing.
In terms of dining, there are a few choices around the area, but it's the service that brings me back. As the previous post mentioned, the family that owns the restaurant are really nice, friendly, and generally awesome.
