I have bad asthma and have been her many times. Last night is the ER was horrid. I was neglected and ignored, not updated on anything treated as if my poor breathing wasn't serious enough to be in their ER because they had "more important" patients. Nurse was dismissive and had a condescending manner. My asthma can go from 0-60 in 2aeconds so if I get to a certain point (which I know) I seek help. I could have died in that room and no one would have noticed for hours. I finally unhooked myself and left. Had a horrible night at home of coughing and wheezing. Hopefully I'll see my pulmonologist today. I give them and F

Giving birth here was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I had my first baby at Rose, AKA the baby hospital, so when I moved down South I felt like the hospital I chose for my second birth would have a lot to live up to. Luckily, Littleton Adventist more than competed, and that was because of their absolutely exceptional care staff.

Every nurse we worked with delivered a five star experience. Paive is an actual angel on earth, Jasmine is so friendly and knowledgable, and Paige in postpartum care was so wonderful to us. Our baby nurse (whose name I can't remember, stuff got crazy!) noticed something abnormal on our new baby, and herself, the pediatrician, and all nurses working with us got so involved as we went through an ultrasound and MRI, and all celebrated with us when the news was good. My husband was amazed and said he didn't understand how everyone could be so emotionally invested in us when we are just one of many that come through there every day, but that's what makes nurses so special.

The level of care we received here was so above and beyond what could ever be expected. I would absolutely have more babies here (but I think I'm done), and if you are on the fence about whether Littleton Adventist will be the place for you, let this be a STRONG endorsement for birthing there! I wish every nurse in their L&D and Mom/Baby units the absolute best, they are an incredibly special breed of people and it made a big difference during one of the most important moments of our life. I hope they know what impact they have, and keep up the good work for all the new, stressed out moms out there that need them!

I didn't experience the entire hospital, but the emergency room and ICU I did. I am specifically rating a neurosurgeon Dr. Angela Bohnen, who is phenomenal. I am eternally grateful for having her do emergency brain surgery on my father. We went from a state of devastation and panic, to relief because of her. Through the entire process she has been so calming and confident, that the entire family felt he was in the absolute best hands. I do believe she is the best doctor I have ever come in contact with, and she is so professional- yet down to earth at the same time, which is needed while interacting with families that are dealing with probably one of the most traumatic events in life. I simply want to say, I appreciate her, and thank you for truly caring about my father's life-- thank you. She is five stars all the way!

I did have some issues with a nurse lying (omitting and manipulating a situation) and an ICU doctor that does rounds being demeaning, but my focus was on my father and his health. The charge nurse Jennifer was exceptional when dealing with the issue, and his day nurse Anna was five stars as well. I feel they took my concerns seriously, and were going to address the unprofessionalism of those two staff members because it was unacceptable behavior. The case manager Donna has been fantastic to work with as well, and has made us feel heard and valued.

This has been a pretty horrific situation to go through, and having less stress with the facility caring for your loved one can make all of the difference. I appreciate what has felt like genuine concern from many staff members. I appreciate the COVID precautions to keep the patients safe. This has been a mostly pleasant experience that I hope others are able to have if they end up in an unfortunate situation as we have.

The ER department was so compassionate with me. Every staff member was incredible from the security guard at the entrance grabbing a wheelchair for me to the doctor and nurses to the radiology department. Even though they couldn't find the issue, they made sure I wasn't dying (that's what ERs are for) and sent me home with next steps and the feeling that they really do care.

I went into the emergency last night... My problem is I could barely walk to move my arms. They stuck me in a little chair in the waiting room for two hours, and then they move me into their smaller room for another two hours. They never took blood and they didn't know testing. They basically said I had a UTI, the funny thing is I went out for a kidney stone in November and they kept me there for 11 days just to tell me I have brain disease. I can't walk they don't even do blood and don't give a shit I have never been this sick at all my life. What the hell is the point of hospitals. I'm truly disgusted about my experience.

Emergency department was slow but we waited a long time once treatment was finished. I finally walked to the desk and asked if we could go home. Had to remind them of the urinalysis that had not been done. Not too impressed.

I came in for an emergency surgery to remove my Appendix. Everything was run professionally and went smoothly. Every single nurse, doctor, and surgeon I met was very nice and made this unpleasant detour of the day as successful as can be. The surgery went off without a hitch. My nurses were always smiling, talking, and joking with me. If it weren't for the extreme pain from my appendix about to burst I would say this ranked as one of the more fun Sunday morning conversing with nice people.

Went to the Littleton hospital's ER on Tuesday, Feb. 14 for severe pains in my left rib. We got there at 8:30 in the morning and left at 4:30 in the afternoon!
The ER waiting room wasn't that crowded. Seems as though there was a staff shortage. I never saw a doctor. My Nurse Practitioner was very good and caring. The rest of the staff were also caring. After having many tests and two CT Scans they found nothing. What I don't understand is waiting 8 hours to get CT Scan results. All I can say if you go here be prepared for a long wait.....

I waited a few months to write this review to see if I could calm down about the traumatic experience I had here. I have been scarred physically and emotionally by this hospital. The psychologists were abusive and indifferent. The patient advocate was insensitive and unhelpful. I was abused physically by members of the staff (the nurses excluded) and was kept against my will despite pleading to be moved to another hospital. If you are searching for any trauma informed care or a hospital that is sent I've and caring around mental health DO NOT GO HERE.

The accident I was involved in was extremely hurtful and traumatic. But that was nothing compared to the 14 days I spent at this hospital.
