Almost always top notch, not the cheapest, weeknights the kitchen seems better than weekends.
Avoid egg rolls. Seafood dishes usually excellent.
You can live on little lans for a few days if you order too much and it is easy to do.
the best place on the north shore to get chinese food, hands down ! there is a reason this place has stayed in business for as long as it has, and that's because the food is great ! i have never been disappointed eating here. i usually order the beef and broccoli because it is my absolute favorite, but the mu shu pork is also top notch. cashew chicken, kung pao chicken, and i personally think they make the best fried rice i have ever eaten. now i am not some sort of chinese food expert or anything, but i have had my fair share of bad chinese food and it definitely has not come from little lans. i highly recommend that if you are in the area you check it out ! you won't be disappointed !
This place is the best...to eat at your home. I love little Lan's but it is to tight and crampt for me. Sorry wheelchair people very little room to squeeze in. the food is great and reasonable, get the beef teriakey in the wheat rolls, they are simple but are the best.
I cannot imagine that no one has written a review of Little Lan's. Most of the North Shore does takeout from here, what gives? Traditional Chinese food (Szechuan & Mandarin) run by a very nice family. Just a simple place with seating for roughly 40 people. Not much in the way of restaurant atmosphere because it is oriented towards takeout or delivery orders, but it is nice and clean. Polite, fast, efficient staff who preps food up front also act as the wait staff. My family does take-out from Little Lan's frequently and have never been disappointed. Neither will you.
