I went here during my recent visit to Ohio. My sister's boyfriend grew up in the area and he and his family frequen the place so we decided to go here for a family dinner.
This is a family-owned restaurant that serves homemade pasta and pizza. We ordered a couple of pies, garlic cheese bread a couple of orders of the Italian sausage spaghetti, and a bucket of spaghetti and meatballs. Yes, they have bucket servings for large groups (which can serve up to 6 people depending on the size of the bucket). All was good but I think I liked their spaghetti and meatballs the best. The Italian sausage was good but a bit too spicey for me.
The pizza was good as well. We ordered a cheese and a sausage pie. The sausage on the pizza was not spicey like the one on the spaghetti so I liked this one better. I also liked how they sliced the pizza up into little squares. Makes you feel less guilty about eating it because the portions are so cute. ;)
One thing I wish they had was freshly shredded parmesan. The grated parm they had was so fine that I had to remove the lid on the shakerand pour a ton of it on my spaghetti because it was absorbed so easily.
Overall it was a cute local restaurant!
