I use to take my daughter to Kids Castle Cuts, and raved about it to everyone. I was just thrilled there was a place I could take my daughter to get her hair cut where her bangs were cut straight with all of her jumping around. I do remember feeling sad every time she would come running up to me with a barbie with a leg missing, asking for my help to find the other parts. We would watch horrified as inevitably some child would be screaming holy terror while his hair was cut.
One day an acquaintance said she only took her child to Little Clippers. When I asked her the difference, she said simply, "Little Clippers is clean". Hmm, that is what was missing.
I finally decided to drop in and take my kids there. Clean is not the only difference. New, complete, top notch. Toys are not missing pieces and looking like their were barfed on. They have computers for the kids to play with and the toys are so new and nice. Here is a neat part; Moms can get their hair cut while the kiddos play. Have I yet?? No. Maybe one day. I still prefer to pay way too much for my hair cut from the over tattooed hot guy that I got to downtown.
The thing is the hair cuts are just as great, for the same price and a more satisfied non terrifying experience. Why take your kids anywhere else?? I have no idea.
Recently took my daughter for her first haircut. We had a great experience. There is plenty for kids to do, and plenty to distract them. The people are very friendly and welcoming. The lady who cut my daughter's hair was very patient and friendly. They even gave us a nice little certificate for her "first haircut". We will return.
I took my very wiggley daughter here for her first haircut. They did a great job and gave me great advice on what haircut would look better for her fine hair.
Great play area, and terrific little car seats to sit in during haircuts.. in fact, I had quite a tough time getting her to leave!
Fun, clean and efficient! The stylists are all kind and cut just they way you ask them to. One of our twins hacked the hair off the other and they have done amazing creative styles during the grow out. Kids sit on special seats while watching their choice of movie, and the styles are finished with special accessories and glitter for girls. There are toys and video games and the COOLEST Little Tykes camper and house ever. Very good selection of kids' hair products too. We call the morning of the day we'd like a cut and are always accommodated nicely. I would not take my kids anywhere else.
