This location has been permanently closed for at least a year (it was a good place). Now it is Zappos Pizza (good!). I'm forced to vote even though it's a different tenant now.

I am giving up on these guys. We order delivery. They get the order wrong 2 out of 3 times. It's decent eats but they just can't put the right stuff on it as ordered. Then you have to call for a refund and wait an average of 8-9 minutes before getting to speak to anyone. They refund the money to your card in about 5-7 days. They do not send you a new pizza. So if you still want your pizza you must reorder a new one at charge which means you are out the amount for the first pizza they got wrong and out the price of the new plus driver fees for both as that isn't returned. it wasn't the driver's mistake anyway.
It would be fine if it happened only occasionally or f you could still eat the first pizza but we can't due to food allergies. They need to figure out why the pizza's aren't being made right in the first place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Logan E.Portland, OR15916782Feb 11, 2018
Fair pizza, and they have pretty good times.
This place doesn't almost ever have pizzas on stock for you to just come and pick one up.
And it's also one of those places that charges a dollar extra for every item just for shits and giggles I suppose? That is why I gave them 2 stars.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Evan K.Historic Milwaukie, Milwaukie, OR883Jan 20, 2019
I bought a pizza or two a few days ago , and speaked to a "manager " from another store supposedly covering a shift . He was super respectful because I didnt get what I ordered he offered for me to come back in and even offerd a free cheesy bread . Which was awesome , he asked for my name and said he would leave a note for the manager in the morning . I call on today looking to order more food and explain the situation and she was completely rude saying that's not a policy and I needed to bring the pizza back in .. when I couldn't dew to a inconveniencing, and ended up giving me a attitude the rest of the phone call . I will not be coming back to this location ever again . And I would please like to talk to a higher up manager in the furture.

The crazy bread is great and usually fresh. The pizza is blah, I guess, ok for a $5 fix. I would rather go get a Red Baron.
I have been to this location many times, and the big problem, here, is the staff. A bunch of teen to early 20-somethings that just do not care about anything or anyone. They are rude, arrogant and unfriendly. Forget about being helpful, they don't care.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Cinthia B.Ardenwald, Milwaukie, OR01Sep 22, 2019

Crazy bread is always fresh here...but if you want to save some moolah and can't decide between crazy bread and pizza, just request the guys to "Crazy Crust" the pizza. They brush garlic butter and Parmesan cheese over the crust to the point where when you get to the crust of your slice, VOILA! It's Crazy Bread in the flesh. Not quite as puffy as normal Crazy Bread of course, but it does the trick if you're strapped for cash.
Teenager service primarily, but they're nice guys. Treat em nice and they'll do the same to you.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
