I was just popping into Yelp and looked at places I've reviewed and saw the negative post below. I just want to say that I, too, met Valeri on Craigslist and had NONE of the experiences of that woman. She always answered her emails, returned my phone calls in a timely manner and was very receptive to my feedback. There were specific shots I asked her to take on my wedding day while it was happening and she never gave me any attitude...she just happily obliged me. AND she stayed for the WHOLE wedding! From beginning (when I was getting ready) until the last guest left. Some of my favorite pics are the ones she took at 10pm in the garden...there is at least one of them on her website. Look at her website and decide for yourself. I'm not a close personal friend of hers writing a review...I'm someone she worked with professionally and will probably hire her again to takes pics of my newborn in Feb.

LBWPhoto was started with a borrowed camera and a love of photography. We've purchased our own equipment since then, but the love remains.
Meet the Business Owner: Valeri P.
Valeri has been taking pictures since she was 7 and her mom bought her a tiny purple plastic camera. The viewfinder flipped up and it took 110 film (can you even buy 110 film anymore?). The cameras changed over the years, but the passion never waned. In 2008 Valeri decided to jump in head first and start a business... although, she dislikes the word "business"... let's just say she started her passion. She believes everyone deserves high quality photos for reasonable prices and prides herself on taking care of her clients.... although, she dislikes the word "clients" too... let's just say friends... prides herself on taking care of her friends, so that everyone is happy.
