LiT is an example of how location and half-assed execution can cost a decent place two stars right off the top.
Location: Face it. 180th and Pacific is basically in Lincoln. The further west something is in Omaha, the better it must be to draw me there. The gravity isn't strong enough for how far away this place is.
Limited tapas options: Last time I consulted a Spaniard on the topic of tapas, you need to have more than 5 options, if you're going to call it tapas. There are non-tapas places that have more appetizers on their menu than this place has tapas.
The good news is that the tapas we did try were excellent, which helped to balance the fact that this place is so far from my hood, that I had to stop and get food on the way out there so I didn't pull an Oregon Trail and die on the trip.
