Dr. Lisa Kederian and her team are amazing!
I am very wait, EXTREMELY lucky that I have had any issues with my teeth ever. I brush, floss, rinse, and take calcium (as Mom always said). But I know this isn't the case for everyone
She and her team were recommended to me by a few coworkers and everyone has raved about this Team. And they were right! They are really AMAZING!
Great care, great interactions with the patients, great technologies and a truly positive environment and really makes sure they are very thorough.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kederian and her Team! -

Dr. Kederian and her staff are rock stars. From living in Indiana, LA, Boston, and LA, I've had many-a-dentists (good to very bad), but Lisa is my number #1 draft pick. Her office and equipment are new, her staff is efficient and thorough, and even when she warned me the drilling would be deep with a lot of sensitivity for a week...it was barely anything.
Truly...as good as it gets. -

You won't find a better dentist anywhere than Dr. Kederian. In fact, I don't know how to write this review without sounding like a raving fangirl.
Seriously, she's an absolute artist when it comes to teeth. When it comes to dental issues, I'm not the most stoic of patients (and I may have spent some time worrying myself into a panic by looking at worst-case-scenario pictures on Google Images) but Dr. Kederian and her staff are always soothing and matter-of-fact. I've never been in any pain during any of my dental procedures and I've always been thrilled with what she's done.
Also, even though there's a bowl of clear Invisilign braces (that look oddly like transparent centipedes) in the waiting room, there's never any upsell or pressure to get Chiclet teeth. I'm sure she can give you blindingly white teeth if that's what you're after but she's not one of those dentists who push unnecessary services if you're just there for a cleaning. That integrity and graciousness is refreshing.
Her office staff always does their best to work with your schedule and get you a timely appointment. And, my favorite thing ever, they can send you appointment reminders by email! As someone who never checks my voicemail (or answers my phone), this is such a plus.
I might never be excited about having my teeth drilled or my face numbed but Dr. Kederian and her staff make the whole process a lot more relaxing and pleasant. You'll feel like you're visiting friends (who just happen to work on your teeth.) -

I have been to over 5 dentists in my life, and Lisa Kederian is the best. She is an expert dentist and has the 'soft skills' to make her patients feel comfortable and educated during treatment.
Her dental staff is also great. -

I'm not sure what to say that hasn't already been said, but I feel compelled to give Dr. Kederian a rave review!
I accidentally pulled out a filling while chewing gum and needed an emergency appointment. They fit me into the schedule right away. I also mentioned that I would be paying for the appointment out of pocket since I don't have dental insurance, and they were very understanding and made sure to walk me through the prices each step of the way so that I wouldn't be shocked by a huge bill at the end and the end price was very reasonable.
Everyone in the office was so nice, especially Dr. Kederian. She was very sweet natured, and made sure to explain every step of the process to me to make sure that I felt comfortable. The entire procedure was actually very pleasant... not something I ever thought I would say about having my tooth drilled into!
I can honestly say I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but Lisa's office was really a pleasure! They even have massage chairs!
There is no doubt she will be my new go-to dentist. -

You have found your dentist! This is as great as it gets - and I really liked my last dentist!
This is where I will always go now, as long as I live in Los Angeles. When I have children, this is where I'm going to take them. And recommend to my friends.
Dr. Kederian is a SWEETHEART. Total professional. Her assistant Alina was just wonderful as well. And Nicki at the front desk was able to patiently explain my billing process, my dental insurance AND be flexible on payment schedules for my upcoming crown.
You will feel like you're at a friend's place. And enjoy the calming massage chair while your adorable dentist does what she has to do, quickly and sweetly!

IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS!!!
I rarely write reviews but after my long search for a decent dentist i feel i have to, if only to help those of you in the search like i was. I have had over 7 dentists since moving to Los Angeles 10 years ago. I am from Ohio and i am used to quality, comprehensive, and effective dental care that i can trust. I won't bore your with the details of my past dentists, but let's just say that after poor inaccurate dental assessments, poor billing, poor customer service, shady business practices, emergency bleeding gums caused by negligent dental care, etc. i feel like someone really is now looking out for me.
I now have faith in dentists, well, i rephrase i have faith in one dentist, Dr Lisa. SHE IS THE REAL DEAL! SHE IS AMAZING!!!! and yes i am shouting because she and her team of qualified professionals are that great.
From the moment you walk in, they are welcoming, and not cheesy. They are genuine, friendly, professional (without being cold), inquisitive to your dental issues and through.
The first thing you will notice is how clean the place is. I am no neat freak - my home can sometimes go months without a dusting, but this office, the equipment and everything was so clean you knew it was sanitary. Come to find that some of the equipment was not new but in fact 3 yrs old but they take care of it so well it looked like brand new.
Enough about the office... the through analysis from Dr Lisa was beyond imaginable. i came to her with a reoccurring issue from a previous unresolved dentist. She made 3 different tests on my teeth to analyze where the issue was and what it was being caused by and before she treated it, she was absolutely sure of the issue. there was a wood test, a freeze test, x-rays, blue paper test, etc. AMAZING!! turns out all it needed was a little more filing in the right location. i thought i needed to have the entire tooth ripped out or at least the prior filling. To think what can go wrong when dentists are not thorough is scary. This was painless, efficient and CHEAP! yes this was not the best profit for her i am sure. it was more of her time and no cost.
AMAZING THAT SHE PUTS THE PATIENTS NEEDS FIRST! unheard of in this economy, in this town and in this profession. She never up-sold me on crazy services or procedures.
I will go back to her and recommend her to all... thus this review.
You will love her... i have not even celebrated how kind and gracious and funny she is. that goes without saying.
Dr Lisa is my only dentist for the rest of my life and my family and my kids - when i have them, and anyone I know.
Luckily they are expanding to a larger office, so i won't be shooting myself in the foot by writing this review. (as i said, i will take anyone down that tries to take away my dentist.) -

If you are reading this because you are looking for a dentist... look no further, you've finally found her!
Kind, brilliant, artist, talented, extraordinary and caring. These are just a few of the words that come to mind when I think of Dr. Lisa Kederian.
Just like most people I dread going to the dentist, and have had some pretty awful experiences. Those are days are done now that I have found the BEST DENTIST IN LOS ANGELES!
When I arrived at Dr. Kederian's office I was in pain due to the largest cavity imaginable. I was also beyond fearful of sitting in another dentist's chair, but then so many unexpected wonderful surprises happened as soon as I walked in. The staff was warm and welcoming, and honestly went above and beyond to manage my fears. The hygienist who was assisting Dr. Kederian literally let me squeeze her hand while I received the Novocain injection. That says a lot to the type of care they give and have.
I was so scared when I sat down in her chair that I was in tears, and then less then five minutes into the filling I was as calm and relaxed as a Sunday afternoon. From the moment the procedure started Dr. Kederian explained to my every thing she was doing, while she was doing it. So unbelievably classy of her.
My cavity was so large that as a result she literally had to drill away about 80% of my tooth. Unlike most dentists who would just drill the whole tooth down and put a crown on it, Dr. Kederian rebuilt my tooth! She created the most beautiful composite new tooth for me that it's making the other teeth in my mouth jealous. She is a skillful artist, and an astounding dentist. I can truthfully say that I was in zero pain, and honestly comfortable the entire time. I know that may sound ridiculous, but SHE IS THAT GOOD!!

The reviews on Yelp are soo accurate! She is genuine, patient and super sweet. She took the time to explain everything and made a procedure that would normally seem SUPER SCARY sound so calm and easy. She's definitely my new dentist and I completely trust her with my smile. She said my teeth are beautiful and even mentioned a little wear I was insecure about (that I didn't mention) added character to my smile. She's a keeper!
BONUS: Everything takes place while sitting on a massage chair. -

If you are looking for a dentist, and not a salesman, then see Dr. Kederian! If you are afraid of dentists or dental work, see Dr. Kederian!
I broke a tooth on Wednesday night, found her on Yelp and she was able to see me on Friday. I expressed my fears and horrible experiences with dentists between New York and Los Angeles and she was able to calm my nerves and explain to me what I needed. Within one hour, I had my broken tooth saved with an overly (WAY better than a crown, a root canal or anything else -- plus, she didn't try to upsell me with things I didn't need) and we were able to discuss my other needs and organize their importance. I don't have dental insurance, and because of that, I was able to work out a deal with the office for payment and the future work to be done.
I have FINALLY found a dentist I can trust, who made me feel comfortable and didn't take me on a ride. Plus, she kept me laughing and always made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain.
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kederian. She is amazing and her staff is just as awesome and caring. I can't give a better recommendation!!! -

Dr. Kederian helped me immensely. After 19 years, my composite filling fell out, rendering my right front tooth officially "snaggled". I was embarrassed and self-conscious, although it made eating meat easier, since I suddenly had a serrated edge with which to cut my meat. :)
I sought out Dr. Kederian's services based purely on Yelp reviews, and I must say that I only have to add to the heap of glowing reviews she has on this site. She's got a GREAT energy, is patient and extremely thorough. She talked me through the somewhat scary procedure, all the while giving me reassurances.
Most importantly, she and her assistant artistically restored my tooth to better than it was before! I told them both that I wanted to give them a hug, I was so happy with the result.
She and her staff - everyone from front-office to assistants are AMAZING. It's wonderful to know that amidst all the healthcare madness there are still doctors that are dedicated to patient care and "chair-side" manner.

Honestly, I've never even had a dental appointment that was tolerable, let alone pleasant. Dr. Kederian and her staff were friendly, interesting, professional, and seemed to enjoy the work. My only complaint is that she found two cavities. But I suppose that could be partly my fault...
Also, massage chairs and digital X-rays? Holy awesome. -

I saw Dr. Kederian for the first time just this morning. Her office has a great atmosphere, and I give them props on the music station choice - none of the typical, boring elevator music in here! This is the first dentist I've been to with a massage chair, and it caught me off guard at first, but it is very soothing (it's a very light massage, like someone stroking your back, not kneading).
Dr. Kederian did the full cleaning herself and she was VERY thorough! She told me her specialty is taking off tarter from under the permanent retainer I have on my lower teeth and she was serious about it. There was a little discomfort, but nothing terrible and I'm very certain that my teeth are super, squeaky clean, now. I'm definitely happy to have found Dr. Kederian and I'll keep going here as long as I live in SoCal. -

Fantastic dentist and staff all the way around. Very competent with basic dentistry. Likes to be hands on with cleanings and exams, will often do cleanings herself. I hadn't seen a dentist in 3 years when Dr. Kederian saw me, and she fixed me right up!

It had been a while since I had seen a dentist and Dr. Kederian made the experience very easy. I had all of my fillings replaced with white fillings over the course of 4 appointments and each visit was comfortable and easy. It had been a year and a half since i had last visited my dentist (Smiles By Design in Redmond, WA), and I finally had dental insurance again, so I looked up dentists near my office here in Westwood.
Dr. Kederian was the closest to me that accepted my insurance, so I made an appointment to see her during my lunch hour, and they were really great about making sure I had enough time to get there and back.
Once in the office, it seemed really nice and relaxing, with lots of greeeen...aka my favorite color. Her office seemed pretty up to date in terms of equipment, too.
My visit started out with x-rays, which wasn't a very pleasant experience. I have an unusually small mouth, so dental x-ray equipment usually hurts...and this time was no different. As it was a new office I was kind of scared when it scraped against my mouth so hard I thought I was bleeding, but things were okay!
Dr. Kederian more than made up for the mouth scraping incident by being really genuine and nice--I suppose having good teeth helped me in that department. She was also really good about explaining what was going on during each procedure, and even showed me my back molars so I could see what my constant grinding is doing to them (I should work on that).
When we realized that some of my sealant was coming off, she set me up to have it monitored for the future. I like knowing she's keeping stuff in mind for later on.
Finally, when I went to check out and look into getting two of my molars sealed off to prevent grinding, her assistant found a way to make it cheaper for me. And I always like paying less, especially when it comes to dental care.
All in all, Dr. Kederian was really great, and I'm glad I found her! She's super accommodating to your schedule, and will even come in early if that's what works best for you. A really solid dentist who ISN'T trying to sell veneers or flash whitening or other cosmetic procedures to people who can't afford/don't want them. :) -

I've been to lots of dentists in my life, most of which have been good. However, Dr. Kederian's office is my favorite! Excellent cleanings from Kristen, and awesome dental work from Dr. K and Jinous. They are communicative about the procedures and your options, and my onlays and fillings have come out perfectly with no pain whatsoever, and no complications later. The members of this office seem to actually care about you and your well being, including the office manager Angie, who is great. I'm a very happy customer. Great job!!

Dr. Kederian is an amazing dentist! I came to her on a friend's recommendation and I've definitely found my dentist for life. I've seen Dr. Kederian for two cleanings and a filling. She is the nicest person and explains exactly what is going on. She has to be the most thorough dentist you will ever encounter. After my first cleaning with her I was convinced my teeth were the cleanest they've ever been in my entire life!
The office has a great ambiance with good music and massaging spa chairs.
The staff in Dr. Kederian's office is also very friendly and helpful. I needed a invoice to submit for reimbursement, so I called the office and they emailed me exactly what I what I was looking right away.
If I could give Dr. Kederian more than 5 stars - I would! -

If you are looking for a dentist that makes an appoinment and does not have you sitting in the waiting room 1 hour after your appointment this is the place to go. I have been amazed at how quickly I am called in to promptly been seen. I use my lunch hour for my dental appointments! No more taking the 4-5 hours away from work just for a simple cleaning.
The office does have a great spa like feel to it (and those MASSAGE CHAIRS) How often do you leave the DENTIST feeling relaxed. -

After getting jerked around and continually overdiagnosed by one too many local dentists, I made the trek from San Diego to see Dr. Kederian and she was well worth the drive. Unlike other dentists, she took the time explaining in detail what I needed and didn't need. She is honest and has a lovely office! I'll be braving the LA traffic to see her regularly.

This office is great. It is very clean, with modern equipment. Dr. Kederian is really thorough. Most of the work was done by her rather than dental assistants, and she really tries to make it a comfortable experience. Her chair is also a massage chair! I strongly recommend her office.

I moved to LA almost two years ago, and with the transition between coasts wasn't able to keep up on my bi-annual dental appointments. Dr. Kederian was recommended to me through a friend and I have not been disappointed. Not only did she take care of my teeth and gums on the spot, she did so with such care and precision that a year later my mouth doesn't need such aggressive work as we thought it might. Dr. Kederian is an amazing dentist. Her skills are met with a personality that make you feel welcome and at home in her chair. The state-of-the-art equipment also makes for a great experience. My x-rays were available for me to view the instant they were taken... and the chairs have massage technology in them too! I have recommended her to all of my friends, even though they all have dentists, and will continue to recommend her to other seeking superior dental care.

I worked in the Dentistry field for 7 years now so I seen it all.Last year when I got a Job @ a Westwood dental office I met Dr. Kederian never have I met a Dentist that is so dedicated to patient care. Dr. Kederian is very loyal to her work in dentistry & giving patients the care needed with some TLC.
As an employee when we had some down time she wold do my cleanings .....& 4 being a Dentist I sware I say she is the best , even better than a hygienist!!! Now I work at a new office & Dr. Kederian has her own practice. I was over due for a cleaning so I contacted Dr . Kederian office & Angie her assistant was very nice & was able to accommodate with an appointment with in a week & on a Saturday !
As a new patient to her office I was delighted with the service from her & her staff. Her office is very welcoming & cozy makes u feel very comfortable. The new patient check in process was very quick & easy i was seated within minutes, her office is paperless & I love the massaging chairs. The office is very modernized with all up to date technology & equipment. Dr Kederian her self is very sweet , funny & warm hearted. She gives excellent care !!! I recommend her out of all the dentist's I worked for & even the one I work for now. I look forward to next check up with her. Even though I can get free services with the Dentist I work for now I prefer paying to see her I know I'm in good hands with her..... After two bad visits with other dentists, I became less trusting of dentists over the years. My experience with her has been extremely pleasant. Her professionalism and friendliness have regained my trust. She understands my concern for affordable care and her staff wonderfully informed me the cost for the work before anything major was done. She took constant care that I didn't feel any pain during the procedure and I didn't. She explained to me what she was doing to my teeth throughout the process and I felt very comfortable knowing what was being done. The end result is that her work on my teeth was perfect and still is. Best of all, I didn't have wait. I highly recommend her and her team. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

I hate it when dentists do that, it casts a shadow on anything they recommend in the future - you can never tell if what they're recommending is actually necessary or just a way to shake you by your ankles.

I was really nervous about going to the dentist after a 5 YEAR hiatus (the life of a college student...). I told Dr. Kederian and her office assistant how anxious I was soon after my arrival, and they worked hard to ease my nerves. I received no judgment or reprimanding from them, just encouragement that we would get back on track and that everything would be all right.
Dr. Kederian was great during the exam and cleaning -- she explained everything as she went, showing me my x-rays, having me look in a mirror to see my cavities (just a few very small ones, thank goodness) and to see how she was flossing my teeth. She was encouraging and friendly, and I am actually excited to go back now.
I would recommend Dr. Kederian to anyone who needs a new dentist in West LA, especially if you scared to go to the dentist!
