You could easily blow right by this place without noticing it.  The little village of North Stonington (once called Milltown) is small and quaint.

This grist mill wheel was built by Frank Limpert in the early 1800's and the house is known as the Andrew Baldwin House.  Limpert also built the series of dams across the Pendleton Hill Brook to access water more quickly in case of fires.
