My search for a good trainer and 'gym' ended here.
I have the pleasure of working out in a small group with a 'personal' trainer. :) And the best part is that it is in a park with little or no equipment. Buddy keeps the workouts varied and like everybody else mentions there is little or no repetition for at least a month. I can do the workout at my own pace and Buddy is always around to make sure I get the right form while doing the exercises.
It's a fun way to start the day. And I must say I am addicted. I like the way I feel after I am through with the workout. I highly recommend it for people of all fitness levels looking to make a positive lifestyle change. -

Buddy is great!
In 6 months I have lost 15 lbs and a pants size. More important -- my fitness level has gone from "can't climb a flight of stairs without huffing & puffing" to "can run 3-4 miles fairly easily."
The workouts keep your heart rate up as you move from ab work to cardio to weights and back again. You do what you can so every workout is good for beginners as well as the very-in-shape. There is a lot of variety so you don't get bored; it's usually a month or more before you repeat the same workout. When you do repeat, Buddy can tell you exactly how you did the last time so you can see how much you have improved.
You might be expecting someone to be yelling at you in a class called "boot camp," but Buddy is very supportive and encouraging -- not that he will ever let you slack off or make excuses.
The schedule is also really good. Buddy holds class every day except Sunday, sometimes multiple sessions per day. You can go to any of the classes you like and are not locked in to a particular day or time. Class is held outside and not in some stinky gym.
All the "equipment" you need is workout clothing/shoes, a mat, and a water bottle. Buddy provides free weights, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, tension bands, and anything else you might use. I cannot imagine a better value for the money or a better class. -

In Oct 08 I started attending bootcamp classes with Buddy. I was out of shape and had a cruise planned for March 09. Over the course of those 5 months I lost 15 pounds and felt so good about my fitness level. Was definitely in cruising shape come March.
Afterward, I just had to keep with the program - I'm addicted to how great it makes me feel. The routines are always different, which keeps it engaging, and it's such a good deal $-wise as these programs go.
Buddy is a great trainer, such a positive personality, makes you really want to push yourself & do your best... -

I trained with Buddy for almost 6 months and over that time I went from a flabby weakling to someone with a at least basic core strength. My workouts in the gym were pretty boring consisting of one or two types of activities. But training with Buddy diversified my workout regime so I ended up with a more balanced physique.
Personally Buddy was great to work with. He knew when to push you and when you needed to take a break. He didn't just send you away to do some exercises he made sure that you were doing them correctly to make sure you got the most out of them and that you weren't hurting yourself in the process.
I would highly recommend training with Buddy if you want someone to teach you about fitness, building strength and creating a good balance in your physical health. -

I will have to agree with my girsl Michelle G, Zoraida R, and Danielle T. we pretty much started boot camp at the same time. Buddy is an awesome bootcamp instructor, he will motivate you to reach your potential goal that you want to accomplish. My first 2 weeks of boot camp i was very sore but it is so worth it. The size of the class is small which is good because Buddy is watching everybody if your doing something wrong with the work out he'll come and help you out. My friends and family noticed that i had a small tummy and that was the best part! Seeing is Believing and i got my motivation from buddy and fellow bootcampers.

I have to agree with all the reviews. You really can't go wrong with Buddy's bootcamp. Not only is he positive and encouraging, but he's also creative in his workouts. He changes it up for each session and makes working out fun! I initially was going to do a month, then it became two, and now I'm on my third... For those who have knee or back problems, Buddy always has modified exercises ready; and the opposite is true for those who want more of a challenge. I could go on about the classes, but think the rest of the reviews pretty much cover it :0)

I joined Limitless Fitness with Buddy as the trainer in between taking bootcamp class at Stanford University. I don't give out 5 stars often and definitely Buddy is worthy of an awesome review. Buddy is a spectacular trainer and the workouts he plans are designed for results. It's not a bodybuilding program so you won't get buff. It's for fitness and you will outlast those big buff dudes on endurance and cardio focused activities. You can supplement the workouts with your own strength workout though. Each bootcamp workout day is different and you definitely will not get bored. You will be challenged to complete them. The group size is small to medium sized and you will get more focused training than in a huge class. Buddy is great that he will motivate you to do your best and does not have a drill sergeant personality. You will learn how to workout outdoors without fancy and expensive equipment. As long as you push yourself to do the workouts you definitely will be able to increase your fitness level the way Buddy designed them. Price wise its a great deal. You get personal training, modern workout techniques and feel real good about yourself.

I really enjoy the classes that Buddy teaches. He makes you work hard and is excellent at both demonstrating exercises and providing alternate ones to those that cannot perform the instructed ones. He incorporates a lot of variety into both the workouts and the mix of cardio and weight related exercises. He accepts criticism about his workouts with grace and uses it to come up with even better ones for next time. That being said - no routine has ever been the same which helps to make time fly. He is supportive and helpful to anyone that is performing the exercise incorrectly, without ridicule, which makes it a comfortable environment. I am extremely pleased with Buddy as a trainer and feel lucky to have found him for such a reasonable price.
