I liked this place... a lot. How can you not like place? They have bottomless mimosas!! I came here for brunch to catch up with friends and had a lot of fun. I ordered the eggs benedict and was pretty tasty. My friends ordered the Huevos Rancheros , pancakes, french toast, and cheeseburger. The food was good but wished the portions were a bit bigger for the price.
Did I mention they have bottomless mimosas? Oh, I did already? Ok. It definitely got the job done thanks to the servers that never let your glass get empty.
I LOVE this place. HOWEVER, people should never be kicked out for the sake of trying to get more people to come in. In fact, my table wanted to order some more food but our server comes up to us and tells us that management told him that we have to leave.
I've never been asked to leave at any brunch place. Brunch is supposed to be a slow meal on a slow sunday morning and it's supposed to be very relaxing. However, I felt like we were rushed.
The good things though is that the food is good, the music is great, the environment is fun.
I think really fun really happens after you leave Lime as you continue your Sunday brunch adventure at the bars at the Castro.
This place would be fun for out-of-towners as this really encompasses the vibe of Castro.
When Sunday comes a knockin', the only place you should be is Lime.
We cut ourselves short, when we think our weekend fun is cemented on Friday and Saturday nights, but don't ever dismiss the true pinnacle of every weekend, Sunday Funday.
Lime is a dash of home, in that it begins to cure your weekend pains, but with a heavy splash of Saturday Night Fever.
Brunch here is a blast, and a perfect place for a large group. When it's time to reminisce about the previous night's adventure, dive into Lime's 7$ Bottomless Mimosas and you can lift off into one boozy brunch.
We came here with about 20 friends for a Birthday Brunch, and the staff was incredible. Patient, and fun, they were on top of refills and our orders in a really engaging way. I can imagine working a table of 20 highly 'energetic' folks to be tough, but they were all stars.
My eggs benedict was solid. Warm hollandaise sauce, over a nice slab of ham on a toasted English muffin led me to cleaning the plate. The potatoes on the side, with a dash of garlic were addicting, and as I mentioned before, the bottomless mimosas were a perfect top off.
Lime is a blast. A great place to enjoy the company of friends, with a never ending supply of Sunday Funday Juice. If you haven't been, go, and if you have, I'm sure I'll see ya' there again.
Wow, I really should have looked at Yelp before making my OpenTable reservation here. I had NO idea what I was getting myself and some girlfriends into for a Saturday brunch this weekend. Don't get me wrong, we had a great time and the place was "hopping" as one of my friends put it, but I was not expecting a nightclub scene at 1 in the afternoon. Next time I want to have a party at brunch, this is certainly where I will go, however! I loved the group that came out as I was waiting outside, the birthday girl handing out homemade cupcakes from a shoebox lined in tin foil. I kinda wish I'd gotten one of those...
The front is a bar/lounge area, and the back is slightly more of a restaurant, though the whole place is loud and full of activity. Lots of pop-y dance music if I remember correctly. Britney Spears, Katy Perry, that sort of thing.
The $7 bottomless mimosas were good, definitely strong, but the champagne flutes they're served in are small, and getting someone to come by for a refill can take a while. I understand why they don't leave a carafe on the table, but I have to say, I kinda wish they would (like they do at Circa).
A basket of warm biscuits (served with whipped butter, blackberry jam and apricot jam) came out super fast and were SO good! I was reminded of an old friend saying, when he saw an attractive girl, that he "wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating biscuits," haha. Speaking of girls, there were LOTS of them! I had this idea in my head that a place in the Castro would have more men than women, but that was definitely not the case here that day.
Anyway...all three of us ordered the Frittata, and when it was served the table of eight tipsy girls next to us all looked over and started drooling. Ok, not quite drooling, but their eyes got wide and they immediately asked their server what we were all eating. It was filled with lots of good veggies like zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, was topped with a little melted gruyere, and finished with home fried potatoes and two slices of perfectly cooked bacon. Heaven on a plate I tell you. It was delicious and filling. A perfect brunch meal!
1/2 off Tuesdays for GIRLS?!
I'm so there.
Came here this past week for a well-deserved cocktail + some tantalizing bites. Between 5 girls we had 9 flutes of champagne, a dozen raw oysters, 6 fish tacos, grilled cheese w/tomato dipping sauce (OMG), grilled prawns, beef tartare, 2 orders of tuna poke, miso glazed sea bass and a cute selection of 5 mini desserts for $1 a piece.
Result:
5 girls leaving 3 pounds heavier. EACH.
Upside to this?
Only $24 per person.
What a steal.
+ their hip decor, plush white seating bathed in the prettiest pink lighting, cute little waitresses with the biggest smiles, and a trendy clientele with the occasional hot gay male.
I'm glad this place exists. It's nice to go in here and drink the bottomless mimosas or pomegrante-mosa (which is good and less sugary) and have a good time with friends. The food is pretty good and the prices are decent too.
The thing that sort of puts me off going here more frequently is it's just too popular now. Waiting an hour and a half with drinks and such wouldn't be so bad save for being packed into the little lounge area. Lime needs to move to a larger location or annex one of the buildings next to it.
Oh, and don't come here expecting a traditional brunch, I always see the shocked look on the faces of people who haven't been here before. You know how some people go to church on Sunday morning? This is San Francisco, we get hammered and dance on Sunday morning, because we're cool like that.
I went Friday night and I got the fish tacos and they were awesome. I would get them again. Had some red wine, incredibly excellent. I also had some fried calamari and that was awesome too. They served Stella Artois so my date was happy about that, but alas, it was not on tap. Prices here are a bit high, but the place is nice and beautiful. Awesome staff. A strong 4 stars, I'll be back.
Whoa. Let's just say, woah.
First of all, I can hardly think straight in the mornings, much less be cute, smiley and bubbly until my coffee kicks in, and I eat breakfast. I was quite pleased with myself for putting on a sundress for brunch, until I showed up and realized my dress wasn't short enough, sexy enough, or scandalous enough. I hadn't curled my hair. And I was wearing far too little make-up.
It seemed like everyone was all glammed up and ready to go out - whether they were in Halloween costume, or not. I have to admit, I was a little overwhelemed and intimidating, especially as I waited - solo - for my friends to show up. And yet, the music was FABULOUS, and the sound system amazing, that I couldn't help but love Lime anyway. I also loved the decor, and as one of my friends pointed out, it was SO New York. (I especially loved the pink mirror behind the bar!)
The biscuits were nice, the eggs benedict good (but not the best), and our server was friendly, though the manager was not... The pomegranate bottomless mimosas were great, but you will get kicked out of your seat after 2 hours. Take note and drink up!
I've only been here for drinks, so I can't comment on the brunch or meal service per se.
It's a small space, but has a clean, modern feel. The bar staff was very good looking, but knew it and acted as beautiful staff who are annoyed with their jobs do. The drink prices were in line with the venue. Overall, I would not return for drinks, but I am intrigued by their bottomless mimosas and may return for brunch:)
I hadn't been here for dinner in a long, long time, but just last Saturday, my friends and I decided to return.
I wish there was a 3.5 stars option since I feel as if 4 stars is too generous, but I also think 3 might not be enough. The vegetarian small plates we had were small, but yummy. The salad is actually a really good deal for the price, while the grilled cheese is perhaps a little overpriced.
We did not have dessert.
Service was superb.
3.5 stars!
The bottomless mimosas got me drunk at 3pm. The food was good. Home style potatoes were oh so yum with the herbs.
Very upbeat place and it definitely loosened me up for the rest of the day! I want to bring more of my friends here!
I finally decided to board the Yelp train and my first stop is Lime! I know I'm guaranteed a good time when I come here for brunch. Great people, good food, upbeat music, and unlimited mimosas, how can you not have fun?
I suggest making reservations because I have waited close to 2 hrs to eat here.
Sunday brunch at Lime is one of my most favorite local things to do. For the past few Sundays, the BFF & I have been braving the long waits just to be part of the funnest daytime activity in the Castro.
Sunday brunch playlist:
"boom boom pow" by the black eyed peas
"sexy bitch" by akon & david guetta
"im in miami trick" by LMFAO
"stanky leg" by gs boyz
"ain't i" by T.I.
"turning me on" by keri hilson
a few neyo ballads to slow things down
The combination of free flowing pomegranate mimosas, happy go lucky people, music that thuds in your chest & ears, and waiters/waitresses dancing with half buzzed brunchers make this one if the liveliest places on a Sunday afternoon. Love it. Can't wait to go back.
Oh, and the food is pretty good, too.

Great ambiance, great drinks, great service, good food, and great time with friends!
Oh Lime, you have impressed me twice.
Oh LIME, I'm not mad at ya!
It was a bottomless mimosa brunch, lap dance at no charge, birthday to be proud off. Nuff' said.
Came here one night for dinner with a group of friends. WOW, the decor here is nice! Pinkish-Purple lights shining on white walls and has White couches along the side as seatings.
Portions are small to share as a group, but its definitely recommended to get a few plates to share so you can try each of them.
Cocktails are pretty good. Other than that, they have a pretty stocked bar if you have another drink in mind.
Tried to come here for brunch without reservation on a Sunday. It was crazy packed and wait time was over an hour. So we decided to go next store to Barracuda (see a review on this soon on my profile)!
Easy reservations, affordable and crazy-delicious small plates, and a great location make Lime perfect for a last-minute girls' night out, hot first date, or casual dinner with a companion. Most impressive to me as of late - the service is incredible. Lime apparently only hires super-fun people, who in turn take great care of their guests.
We've tried the Buddha's cups, chicken satay, filet mignon, fish tacos, sliders, deviled eggs, grilled cheese (cheese!) - and all were awesome. Did I mention cheap?
House drinks are strong and inventive, but are of the sweet and tart variety. If you're not into that, there is a limited wine selection and other booze-y options to get you through the night.
The one downside is the bathroom situation - a sharp contrast to the rest of the place. The long line leads you to a restroom that is not so spectacularly well-kept. In addition, I can never find anywhere to lay my purse, which is troublesome for a sober woman and just plain befuddling for a non-sober woman. You'd think an establishment so concerned with its image would be mindful of restrooms as well.
But no matter - holding on to my Hobo clutch is a small price to pay for a fun night out at Lime.
I LOVE LIME! I've gone on a regular weekday evening to find that the music was great, the company even better and the drinks on hit. I went back for brunch and had an equally positive experience. The food was YUMMM! Definitely a must do in the city!
If you want to experience what it's like to party inside of an iPod, Lime is definitely IT!
First, bottomless mimosas on Sundays. (period)
Second, the food is delicious, creative, and modern.
Third, bottomless mimosas on Sundays!!! (exclamation points)
. . . . . . . . . . .
Our experience in a nutshell:
That Sunday morning, BF and I arrived at Lime feeling downright frumpy and rigid, heh. HOWEVER, we left swinging from the chandeliers, lol.
The crowd was diverse, cool, friendly, and verrrry happy :) Quickly we parked ourselves in the front lounge and dove into those bottomless mimosas. One-by-one the party cranked up, pictures were being snapped and folks were grooving.
Waited about 45 min to get seated (who cared at that point, haha) ... and we practically limbo'd to our table, lol. Well, I know the food was great (actually based on having had dinner here a couple times), but I can't recall what was eaten as we were too busy celebrating :-o
I want to reserve some more stars for a future brunch here.
Came for dinner with a great group of regulars; think we ordered 1 of practically everything off the menu.
A few Strong Islands, gooey grilled cheese with tomato soups, fried string beans, deviled eggs, beef tartares, calamari, buddha salads, quesadillas, chicken satay sticks, and I forget what else later...we were a drunk and very happy bunch.
Very mellow on a weeknight- amazing service, good food, wasn't feeling the miami-theme hotness in my jeans and t-shirt. Definitely will note to go back in costume.
Just went here for dinner with a group of 5 girls and we absolutely LOVED our dinner. Dinner was tapas style, so we got a little bit of everything and I can say that we ALL enjoyed it immensely. Here are some of the items we sampled:
Deviled eggs - On HIT!
ricotta gnocchi - little bites of heaven... SO DAMN GOOD
pork quesadilla - this was aite, i've had better
3 mini burgers - they also got all the fixins, super delicious
morrocan lamb chops - didn't try these but heard they were great
chicken skewers - yummsters
We loved our dinner experience here... everything was so good.

Wow- what a fabulous Sunday Brunch spot! And.... $7 bottomless mimosas! It is the only brunch spot that I have had my ID checked at the door and a wristband put on at 12pm on a Sunday! It was a great place to take friends who were visiting from out of town- a place where you can truly experience San Francisco culture! The food was fabulos and the mimosas kept flowing!
Don't you HATE when you get really excited about what you ordered and you can't wait for it to come out. And then when it does and you try your friend's entree, you REALLY WISH you ordered what THEY were eating???? GRRR!!
This is not a "grass is greener" or "you want what you can't have" instance. I got the eggs benedict which really wasn't that fantastic at all. In my opinion, the hollandaise REALLY makes the Bene! Wasn't impressed. EXCEPT when I tried my friend's Frittata. That was seriously the BOMB! My friend wasn't too thrilled because I pretty much devoured her meal instead of my own. LOL...whoops!
This is a great place for brunch with friends on the weekend! It's like going to a club during the day. The music is really loud and the restaurant looks like it should be a Las Vegas lounge rather than a breakfast joint. But that's what makes it unique. Get your groove-on while you get your brunch-on! Great scene, great crowd. It was a good mix of people.
Check it out!
went there for brunch, pretty awful service, but can't really blame them, they're extremely packed and is incredibly loud. The chocolate chip pancakes may not be what i ordered, or what i paid for.... but they were remarkable delicious regardless.
The food is cheap yet fantastic , and the free refills on mimosas is pretty unbeatable. The music is horribly loud, but well chosen.
Reservations highly recommended.
There are 908 reviews about Lime. I am about to write the 909th. I doubt I will add anything new. I will, however, write about the experience for my small group of Yelp friends who may have never heard of Lime and may someday visit the Castro district in SF and want to experience a fantastic brunch experience and drink countless mimosas on a Sunday morning.
Speaking of Sunday mornings at Lime, would it be sacrilegious to say that if Lime were a church, I would want to be its first member? It definitely is a life-changing experience to dine at Lime. I don't think I could have made it out for brunch on a Sunday morning if it wasn't at Lime. The colors, the music, the company, it was all fantastic. Oh, yeah, and the food, also FANTASTIC. Goodbye hangover and hello to warm and fresh biscuits, a huge frittata that I couldn't even finish, and their delectable house potatoes. But wait! Could it get any better than that? Oh, hells, yeah. The mimosas! Keep 'em coming honey was my brunch-time motto!
It was an utterly wonderful brunch experience. It definitely got loud at times, as more and more people came piling in to enjoy their Sunday morning devotions. But, that is also what made the vibe so electric -- that, and the techno music.
So, the next time you want to find a great brunch spot to rev-up your Sunday morning, I would highly recommend visiting Lime. Can I get an Amen?!
Its so hip and chic to be here it just makes me feel good just hanging out at this place. Combine this with the awesome bar food (if you can even call it that) and drinks make this place a home run!
This is a sure way to impress out of town ppl if they like these types of places in lieu of going clubbing, just sit around and sip on a premium mixed drink and even people watch a bit.
Did you ever wake up feeling like you wish Saturday night would never end? Here you can continue your wild party antics into Sunday morning with bottomless mimosas and brunch. I don't know how it happened, but Sunday Brunch just got a whole lot more fun.
The food is alright. We split eggs benedict and a cheeseburger. The potatoes accompanying the eggs were seasoned wonderfully with lots of garlic and the fries that came with the burger with shoestring thin and had a light spice that came after you swallowed. The main attractions (eggs/burger) were really nothing fabulous: decent, edible, but we were left wanting more potatoes than anything else.
I don't know what was wrong with my compatriots as I was the only person partaking in the bottomless mimosas. But that didn't keep my glass from staying empty and by the time I walked out I was toasted.
Awesome.
I've never heard of this place till my girlfriend suggested to celebrate my birthday brunch. I love the location- two blocks away from the Muni train and easy parking. Their cheap bottomless mimosas are not bad for $7, which by the way is not really bottomless according to the server's point of view here. They kinda cap you off after 5 glasses..ummm... it's bottomless for heaven's sake! Long wait for a table (30-45 minutes, even if you made reservation, UNLESS, you are good friends with the hostess).
I love the ambiance of this place, the crowd is loud, boisterous, and are all tipsy. Their food is not the greatest, the brunch was plain mediocre (I must say though their bacon is perfectly crisp) I'll definitely come back here again not for food but more for their drinks and loud music! (:
Anytime you head to the Castro you are pretty much guaranteed a great time. Throw in some endless mimosas with brunch and you really are going to have a blast.
Although it was a Sunday afternoon and most people were probably at home relaxing before the work week started again - I was out at Lime getting my drink and groove on. Walking down Market street I can already hear the music blasting from Lime a block away. My first step in there and all i can see was tons of people dancing holding their mimosas and having a SUPERB time. It was a little strange to see such a club environment in a middle of a day but I was down to try something new.
We were seated and the waitress quickly screamed over the blaring music "WHO WANTS MIMOSAS????" Seems they knew what was most important when coming into Lime. Shoot for $6 for unlimited mimosas i guess that takes top priority. The menu was short so I knew right away I wanted the eggs benedict. The food was good but not the best I've had.
Lime is a great brunch place to go with a small group of friends. The rich culture and characters there in Castro will guarantee a unique experience. Also, endless mimosas will always make the experience extra fun!
Blackout Brunch!
Here's the scenario:
Friend: We're going to brunch at Lime!
Me: Never been.. I have a date at 1pm though
Friend: JUST COME! Have brunch and go from there
Me: Ok fine.
Uh little did I know it was gonna be a freaking party in there!!! Needless to say I was much more than relaxed by the time I had to leave for my date.
I'd say that Lime is the perfect way to continue your partying from Saturday night or to start Sunday just right with two words:
BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS.
Add club-like music and its a party. It took almost 2 hours for my friends and I to get a table as we transformed from a group of 4 to a group of 12. During the wait, our empty tummies tanked mimosas forever.
By the time I sat down I was full of liquids that I couldn't even eat. However, the food I did order was yummy. White cushioned seats, purple tinted windows, and gay men waiting on you in tight shirts. I think yes.
Only downside is the mimosas are bottomless only when you're seated. I believe its $3 for refills? Oh well. So worth it.
Seriously...this place is overrated...you wait a long time for a table that is really small. this place is only good for drinks and hanging out b/c of the party ambiance. The decor inside is really clubbish...blue lighting, mirror walls, and dance music playing loud and constantly.
So 3 of my friends and I came to have brunch at Lime on a sunday b/c we kept hearing about all the raves and reviews. We waited like 40 mins outside. When we finally got to our table...it was this tiny 2-person table (there was 4 of us) in the far back next to a corner.
I had the PLAIN JANE (without the bacon). I wanted something simple but delicious...but if this place fucks up on something as simple as scrambled eggs, then it must not be that good. My eggs were overcooked and it didn't taste like anything.
My friends had the EGGS BENEDICT, which he said was not good. I had a bite. The poached egg was wayyy overcooked. it's suppose to be runny, and this was not. The hollandaise sauce was bland too. it's suppose to be smooth and creamy and taste richly buttery...this did not. What's sad is that this is the dish that everyone seems to recommend...go figure.
The only dish I did like was my bf's CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES. they were huge! and slathered with whip cream, chocolate chips, and bananas. The pancakes were fluffy and I had bits of chocolate chips with every bite. If you come here, you should try this. My recommendation is to get whip cream on the side if you don't like a mountain of whip cream on your pancakes.
The bottomless mimosas were really strong. they really poor heavy on the champagne and light on the orange juice. it's a good deal if u go to Lime. I probably won't be coming back here b/c of all the hype about it.
I came here for Sunday brunch with two others. Luckily, we made reservations so we were seated within 5 minutes.
We ordered
LIME'S DUTCH BABY: nice fluffy pancake filled with blueberries. It was cooked to a perfect golden brown color and was absolutely delicious.
EGG'S BENEDICT: came with potatoes. delicious! Something sweet then something savory. PERFECT.
PLAIN JANE SCRAMBLE: scrambled eggs with melted white cheese in it. It was so addicting. It came with two strips of bacon as well as house potatoes.
After all the mimosas and the food I was really full, but I always have room for dessert so we ordered...
MINI RED VELVET CUPCAKES
and
MINI COFFEE CREME BRULE
The bite size portions were perfect after the meal. It was just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Red velvets were delicious and the coffee flavor added a kick to the normal vanilla bean creme brule.
The food was delicious, nice modern furniture with bright colors, friendly service, lively crowd and atmosphere, up to date music, great ambiance, but only one female bathroom stall =/ which was not too good considering they serve BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS.
Bottomless mimosas got me drunk, the food satisfied my taste buds and filled my stomach. I had a great first experience and I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.
A great space, one of the best. Mimosas are super and the food is ..... Good not great. Every time I'm in the city I swing by
A friend and I stopped by here one Monday afternoon to continue celebrating his 21st birthday. The five stars are mainly for the bartender (her name is Boo Boo) and the AWESOME time we had there. It was our 4th bar of the day, so we were already STUFFED, but we managed to gulf down some mini burgers along with two mojitos.
Their strategy was the more you order, the cheaper each item costs. At the bar you can start off with a small order and build on it without having to order a huge amount at once. (You can't do this at a table, and don't forget this is a Monday afternoon so this isn't for dinner).
The bartender made us two of her special cocktails that weren't on the menu. I can't quite remember now, but I believe one included ginger ale and the other had ruby red grapefruit I think. At the end, she generously gave my friend and I a free drink that she came up with herself.
I came back one Sunday for brunch, but the wait was an hour and fifteen minutes so I scurried myself next door to Barracuda which also has bottomless mimosas for Sunday brunch.
P.S. for under 21 year olds, don't bother coming just for the food for brunch because they ID you at the door before they let you in. Just FYI. It definitely has the club/lounge-type atmosphere except it throws you off because it's daytime.
I can't say that my four stars came from the food. I ordered a steak, which was decent but by no means stellar four star quality.
I won't lie though. It had to have been one of the best Sundays I've had in ages. As I cut into my steak, I wasn't exactly sure what to think about the table-of-8 dancers backin it up about a foot away from my food. It was an experience, it was lovely, and my mimosa glass was kept BRIMMIMG by our server. I dedicate my four stars to the "party over heerrrreeee" ambiance at noon. Why didn't I come here sooner?
Great place for brunch and mimosas. I celebrated my b-day here with about 20 of my friends and it was great. Even with such a large group the staff was very attentive and on top of making sure the mimosas we were drinking did not go empty! Plan on walking out of there tipsy. You will have a great time. It averages about $20 a head which is pretty good considering by 1 you will be feeling good! Plus the interior decoration makes you feel like you are at a club but in the AM. It is an amazing way to recover from your Saturday night hangover.
On vacation in San Francisco, my boyfriend and I came here on a recommendation from a friend. Our friend described it as a brunch place with more of a 'party scene'... Unsure of what that actually meant, we soon figured it out upon first glance at Lime with its pink tinted windows, blaring dance music, and patrons who looked like they were reality TV stars. Whew, talk about your not-so-average Sunday brunch.
The atmosphere was super energetic and great. I LOVED all the mixes they were playing. The waitstaff (once we finally got a table) were very friendly and kept those bottomless mimosas coming without any hesitation. Finally, the food, albeit overpriced, was delicious...nothing spectacular for brunch fare...Just the usual steak & eggs, english muffin, french toast, etc...but delicious nonetheless!
The only setback to this place is the RIDICULOUS wait. Our party of three waiting for nearly two hours for Sunday brunch!!! This is definitely no bueno while you're trying to down mimosas on an empty stomach. Also, while you're waiting for a table, watch out for the $2/glass they'll charge you to refill your 'bottomless mimosa' from the bar. Apparently the 'bottomless' part only takes effect once you're seated. Sneaky marketing tactics...
On the whole, very unique & exciting atmosphere to grab brunch with a group of buddies! Check it out! Just make sure you aren't in a rush.
I just went this past saturday and its a nice spot to go with friends and have a few drinks and some yummy appetizers because those entrees are small portions ! so dont go hungry lol unless your going to order a lot of those!
Hot sexy gay men lol haha
Defenatly TRY the fish tacos and calamari =] yummm! & the desserts are good too!! So cute and bite size lol
There are two different Lime's and you should go to both:
1. Lime at Brunch: basically a party during the day with bottomless mimosas during brunch and a drunken party with food. You may even catch a walkoff every now and then if you come on the right day. This isn't your normal brunch, leave the sweat pants and unshowered self back at home. Dont forget, Reservations required during brunch or you'll be waiting a LONG time...
2. Lime any other time: the bartenders are amazing, and they actually have really good shelf alcohol. My favorite favorite bartenders who are AMAZING: Boo Boo and Javier!!! They make the most amazing drinks ever and are both sweethearts! If you come for anything come for them.
Tips: They have special nights with discounted happy hour food that'll save you some cash, and its not too bad of a deal.
This is where the party kids come when the clubs shut down. Seriously.
This place was a co-worker's recommend and we trusted her because she used to live in the area. So off we went. Reviews mentioned long waits...and a club atmosphere?? Haha ... right ... maybe for dinner.
Nope...brunch too. People got DRESSED UP for this joint! OMG. Seriously. We didn't have a reservation so we waited. I think we waited about 45 minutes before being seated. Despite the loud music and the shouting, the hostess was perfectly lovely to us.
We sat down and ordered the eggs benedict and the breakfast frittata. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. My side of bacon was burnt but I choked it down anyway because I'm a sucker for pork products and we'd already done enough waiting for the day.
But it was nice they also gave us a basket of 3 (for 2 of us...did they want us to fight?) hot biscuits served with two types of jelly and butter. That was a great start to our meal. As were the bottomless mimosas. They have three versions: traditional (OJ+Bubbly), pomegranate and combo. And the servers are really good about keeping them COMING. We had our fair share of booze for brunch...
The loud music was also super fun. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. It was fun swaying to the music because you really couldn't do that much talking unless you were all up in your friend's grillz.
Warning: Be ready to be asked to leave if you've already paid your tab and are just sitting around chit-chatting. When they get busy, I guess that's what they have to resort to. And BOY were they busy. Make reservations - you'll be glad you did.
