This review is about Lenora, Lilly's sister. When I called, Lilly was all booked up, and now I think I know why.
Lenora came by for a meeting, and was very professional while also coming across as completely down-to-earth. She is a warm person, and got along with Gida from the moment they met.
Lenora was so courteous when I changed my schedule a little bit. I felt bad about it, but she was very understanding.
Everything went off without a hitch while I was on vacation.
I highly recommend Lilly or Lenora, both for day-to-day dog walking and if you need a walker during a vacation. -

My first experience with Lilly's was a great one! I have often found pet sitters to either be great with animals but totally flakey about details & schedules or very reliable, but not so great as far as understanding animal behavior. Finally, someone with all skills required!
Lilly was out of town for the period that we needed a pet sitter for our two big dogs & a cat, so Carly substituted & was amazing. We had her do the overnight stay for a little over a week (highly recommended if you don't want your pups lonely at night). Not only did our dogs love her instantly, but our cat, who can initially be a little standoffish, did too. Carly took all of my instructions (even the somewhat neurotic ones) very seriously & nearly wiped out all of my anxieties about leaving our babies with someone new. We have a whack-job of a neighbor downstairs, so we are always a bit worried when we go away.
The real proof was when we came home - the dogs were very mellow. Happy to see us, but not the normal huge production of crying when we've been gone for a while. So pleased to have a new pet sitter that I can actually trust completely!
We'll be calling again soon! -

Lilly is the height of dog-walking efficiency. She is prompt, courteous, responsible, respectful, and great with dogs (and cats!). This goes not only for her animal-handling abilities but also for her customer service. Her website is clear about just what you will get, what she expects from you, and how much it will cost. Dogs are walked for a full 40 minutes and cats are fed on time. Then, when you return home, there is a bill and a stamped-addressed envelope ready for you to dispatch you check.
She always makes a pre-departure visit to familiarize herself with your house and your critters. Our Lucy usually takes a little time (about a week!) to warm to people, but Lilly had her literally eating out of her hand. At that point, we knew we were going to be just fine leaving Lucy in Lilly's capable and efficient hands. -

Lilly is everything you could possibly want in a dog walker - energetic, responsible, smart and a great communicator. Our dogs love her and cant wait to see her every day - and equally as important, we know they will be safe and well cared for when they are with her. She always leaves a note telling you how your little bundle of joy did. We totally trust her and she has dog sat for us overnight a few times. The house was cleaner when we returned!
Lilly has walked our dogs for over 2 years. She has NEVER missed a day and gives tons of notice/lets you screen the substitute when she goes on vacation.
One of our dogs is blind and requires extra care and she is one of the few people i trust to take him out in public. Her dog groups are very small and often our dogs get walked alone or with just one other dog.
Some day we hope to buy a house but a major prerequisite is that we stay in Bernal, Misson, or Castro because those are Lilly neighborhoods! -

5 Huge Happy Cat Stars!
I found Lilly almost immediately after moving into my flat via word-of-mouth by my downstairs neighbor. Lilly walks her dog a couple of times a week in addition to caring for him when she's out of town.
I travel somewhere between 'periodically' and 'frequently' and I have complete trust in Lilly. My cat Beany is an old girl - deaf and blind - who needs affection when I'm gone. Lilly is also able to give her the medication she needs every day. It is obvious when you meet Lilly and see her interact with your pet that she loves pets in general.
She covers the Castro-Mission-Bernal Heights areas and is a member of "Pet Sitters International" as well as being bonded and licensed. She's also a delightful individual.
I highly recommend her services. -

Lilly is truly awesome.
While I am away, Lilly comes over and plays with my cat for half an hour, feeds her and cleans up after her. If my cat gets sick, I know Lilly will recognize that something is wrong (let's face it, sometimes it's hard to tell with cats) and take her to the vet. Once, she even brought my cat a present!
Beyond her experience with and love of animals, she is extremely professional, easy-going, friendly and organized. She has watched over my cat for almost 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. Even though I have many friends and neighbors who would be happy to look in my cat for free, I prefer to have Lilly watch over her. -

Lilly is absolutely fantastic. She's so nice, flexible and reasonable that I don't know what I'd do without her now!
The instant my wife and I met Lilly we knew she was quality. She gives that natural/real vibe that comes from someone that is simply a good person. Her love for animals was very apparent from her first interactions with our two pit bull-mixed pooches. We all (wife, me and the dogs) liked her instantly and felt very comfortable with her.
My wife and I work unpredictable hours and had a really hard time finding a walker that would take our guys with a same-day call. Lilly does this whenever she can and even partners with her sister when she cannot. This is HUGE for us with our crazy schedules. She even does weekends and out of town sitting, which she's done for us and is VERY helpful on short notice trips. With all this, her rates are very competitive. Oh, and the water bowls are always filled when she's been here.
What we've mentioned so far is really all we need in a pet walker, but my dogs have given her a bigger vote of confidence than we ever could. We were walking at Bernal Hill one day when we happened across Lilly on a walk with her own dog. Our Maggie and Samson just lit up at the sight of her. They were falling over themselves to greet and love her. They literally would not come back to us and wanted to go with Lilly. She had to bring them back to us. Embarrassing.....but heartwarming.
Simply put - any friend of our pooches is a friend of ours. And our guys LOVE Lilly. That's all we need to give Lilly the highest recommendation we can. -

Lilly has watched my cat many times now, and I always feel happy knowing she's there while I'm gone. One time she even had to take my cat to the vet while I was away, and everything went smoothly. Lilly's the best.

Maggie and I give Lilly 5 stars. Lilly is awesome, she has stayed in my home several times over the past 5 years with my dog Maggie. She is reliable, responsible and takes great care of my house and my dog. I would absolutely recommend her services.

Lilly is the best. Always runs my dog ragged. Always very organized and conscientious about communication and scheduling. Always delicate and careful in my house full of odd objects. And leaves good notes. Honestly, I've had trouble communicating with other dog walkers - but Lilly is both a people person and a dog person.

Lilly's Pet Care is AWESOME!!! Our dog recently had surgery, so we needed to find someone who would offer private walks during his rehabilitation. Well, Lilly's Pet Care stepped up to the challenge and was as good as it gets. Camilla and Lilly were incredibly friendly, flexible, and helpful. They even took the initiative to train our dog to not be so timid around strangers. I would be happy to refer Lilly's Pet Care to anyone looking for a great pet care service!

Lilly is awesome. We found her through friends, and she comes by to take care of our cat Henry when we're away. She always keeps him happy and fed, and even to handle the odd requests (put pumpkin in his food, etc.) that we occasionally have. We trust her completely with him. As a bonus, she's easy to get a hold of and schedule things by email, and can often make arrangements on short notice.
Can't recommend her enough, although not too many people should sign up because we don't want her to get too busy....That said, check out her web site and give her a call, she's the best.
