This is the U.S. parent of Huntingdon Life Sciences.  Huntindon fled the UK after successful campaigns (in the UK) to halt its operations due to cruel and abhorrant animal testing violations.  Major stock holders abandoned them and the stock exchanges expelled them.

Still they persist under this new moniker and with protection under U.S. laws that support the faulty animal research model.  See wikipedia for more info. (Huntingdon Life Sciences entry).  Despite their heinous history, Stephens, Inc. loaned this entity money.
