He came over about 2 hrs after I called him on a Saturday. Did a standard a/c install quickly, but since the window is wide and the a/c brackets do not go all the way, he said I have to get my own extender. I was a bit bummed by that, I thought he comes with all the supplies. So left a small hole for me to fill, but otherwise the install was great.
Good for standard installations. He told me that unless my lease requires it, I didn't need a support bracket (which saves me $45 plus the installation fee). Got my air conditioner installed in less than 20 minutes.
