Need a serious wig? (and by serious I mean a real investment, not something you're going to wear once just to look ridiculous)
How about some Hello Kitty earrings?
Or some glittery makeup?
LIbertine's got it all, and they do it all well. It's a super small shop, but if you're looking to bring out your inner drag queen (or your outer one, whatevs is cool with me!) you can do exactly that here. Things aren't cheap (wigs will easily cost you $50+) but they're much higher quality than the crap you can get from a bag at Party City. And here there's someone to assist you in trying them all on and giving an honest opinion on how ridiculous/hawt you look.
This spot is definitely worth a look no matter your needs, but I get the sense that they just get a lot of passers by who want to see how ridiculous they can look in a wig, and therefore there's a bit of trepidation in helping folks out when you first walk in. And woosh that was a hell of a long sentence. Sorry.Listed in: Little Five Points.

I love Libertine! I find so many amazing pieces in there - from fun and funky to sassy and snarky.
Additionally -and what really brings me back is the amazing individualized service. I go to lots of shows and cons where I need wigs and outfits that are hard to find. Jenn makes amazing custom wigs for me. She listens to what I have in mind and then easily interprets my outfit into a FABULOUS wig. She takes the time to find THE accessories for your wig and outfit.
She and Tim have an amazing shop and I'm so happy I've found it. Visit Libertine if you need hair-colors, cosmetics, wigs, or rocking accessories. You'll find the perfect gifts and awesome finds. -

I love love love this shop at the corner of Moreland and Euclid.
They have the best selection of wigs and they're prices are pretty darn reasonable. They're collection of Ben Nye makeup is great and extensive. Tim and Jen (the shops owner) are always willing to help you find the right shade for you. Their Bungalow 360 Bag are so cute and durable( i treat my bags like rag-dolls) The cute little designs will make you want to leave with 2!

Libertine is my favorite store, whether I'm looking for a gift or just want something fun for myself. Unique bags, jewelry, hoodies and other great stuff that you won't find anywhere else. The new scents are fabulous--I want them all!
The owners love their merchandise and make it fun to visit. New items come in all the time, so check it out often. -

I wanted a wig - I didn't pack one, because I was thinking my red one would be a little played out in ATL. Little did I know. Apparently, not, but in this mad dash for hair, I found Libertine on yelp (while on the free wi-fi at highlanders). As it happens there was a parade and the store was open late. I made it in just before closing, but left a tad after. I picked up the cutest wig. It looked excellent under the light in the store and the guy was super nice. I don't have his wig working talent so it made me look a little washed up at home. I still love the wig and once I figure out how to work it properly it is going to be fierce. Roar.
I also picked up a pair of earrings, that I love. They dangle and sparkle. That combined with wig, reminds me of Jem - that cartoon -and I LOVE it.
Shop is super cute, the guy totally nice, took his time. Hmm, now if he would just come to my house and do that thing he did in the store - look out Atlanta it is going to get ruff up in here. -

This place has the coolest accessories!!
I found some super unique earring and a wallet for very reasonable prices.
They have good wigs too but I've yet to buy one yet. -

Libertine has some of the most random accessories I've ever seen, and I love it! Just today, I bought a hair clip that looks like a skeleton hand. Where else could you find that, besides a Halloween shop?! I got a Bungalow 360 messenger bag here about a year ago and seriously considered buying another one when I was there today. Great selection, nice people!

Such a fantastic lil shop! If you love Hello Kitty as much as I do, you'll truly love Libertine. They have Hello Kitty earrings and necklaces. So awesome! They also have a line of hair accesories made with that rockabilly chick in mind. Don't miss out!!
