Excellent food.  Quick seating, very good service, and it's great that they offer drive-thru pickup service as well.

With that said, the highlight of this place is obviously the food.  Some of the best in this genre you'll find in Tampa.  Prices are reasonable, decent location for those living in New Tampa area.  Now that I live downtown, I just hate that I never get a chance to eat there anymore.

Have been here several times and the food has always been good and not too expensive. Service is sometimes slow but not unbearably so.

This is the BEST of it's kind.

The place is always quiet and relaxed and the service is as if you were at some five star NYC establishment. From the outside, it looks like a fast food place. Step inside and be pleasantly surprised!

I recommend the dim sum, dumplings and coconut shrimp appetizers. The shrimp with lemon grass sauce is delicious. They also do a wonderful lunch combo for a reasonable price.

Definitely worth trekking over to New Tampa!

Nice atmosphere in a former wendy's. Good service and the food was yummy.  Both chicken dishes were very good. Nice wine list.

Liang's is one of my favorite Chinese restaraunts around the Tampa area (there are few good ones...) for its great food, easy access, and great atmosphere.

The atmosphere is low-light, well-kept, clean, and elegant which makes it a very good place to take a date.  The tables are set up with just enough space in between to allow for private dining, and there's patio seating outside for those that like that sorta thing.

They offer a variety of Chinese dishes including my favorite Sesame Chicken (all white meat with light sauce) and my most favorite of desserts:  banana spring rolls!  They are a MUST try!

The staff is friendly and efficient.  You rarely need to wait long for service, and they're good about checking back without being overly intrusive.  They work well together, so you never need to worry about asking any of the staff for assistance.  They'll gladly jump in.

Overall, quite the place for a Friday-night meal that won't break your wallet in half either.  Check it out!

I just happened across Liang's today, and I think it is a great find!  The atmosphere is pleasant and definitely fits that "bistro" theme well.

The menu was a bit more upscale than your run of the mill Chinese place.  I had the pork dumplings, which were well prepared.  For the entree I tried the Walnut Shrimp, and I absolutely LOVED it!  The pineapple sauce was tropical without being overly sweet, and the candied walnuts with sesame seeds were just delightful.

The service was attentive and generally fast.  I usually manage to empty my beverage is short order, yet they also kept my glass filled.  Granted, that was at 4 PM on a Thursday afternoon, but it is a small effort that goes a long way with me.

I will definitely return!

This place is pretty good.  All the chicken is very similiar though (tropical, orange, etc.) but awesome.  The place is really dark and has a cool vibe to it.  I don't know how authentic it is, but still is pretty good.  My husband and I always split our meal because it is just way too much food.  Try the teriyaki chicken skewers....you'll thank me.
