What a great small-town bowling alley! It surely isn't your super-clean bowling alley, but the atmosphere is tons of fun. Bring a few friends, play the old NBA Jam and Superman games in the arcade, sip a few drinks at the sports bar in back, and then bowl a few sets in your probably-oversized-because-we-do-not-stock-many-si zes bowling shoes (my friend got stuck wearing a size 16). But honestly, with the right group of people this place is a blast. The food is decent and the drink prices are cheap.

OK...i'm a little skeptical walking into ANY bowling alley built in the last 25 years. They lack the substance, the character...THE SMELL.
Lewis Bowl is located in a strange, new, commercial part of SUX within eye shot of the baseball park in a newer facility. It is your typical, darkened arcade set-up.
There is a limited number of lanes, but it's still a comfortable size. I'm not in love with the layout, but it gets the job done, but I'd be wary of this place if it was packed-- luckily it wasn't.
...and the people working there are quick, efficient and FRIENDLY. I don't think I've ever met a friendly worker at a bowling alley.
The drinks are also CHEAP which makes bowling much more fun.
What Lewis Bowl lacks in character it makes up for in service and prices.
