This place, once again has changed
    owners.  Its called "Molly's Pub."

The atmosphere is nearly 100% Lehigh students Wednesday-Saturday, especially during the school year, from 10pm till close.
If your looking for a game to watch, a cheap beer and so-so bar food (fried food, burgers etc...) it's a fine place to go.  If you don't mind the drunk sorority girls spilling drinks on you.

Not a place to go if your looking for a fun spot and a yummy bite to eat!!h

Um, wow. I can't believe so many people are weighing in on this place.

I've eaten here a few times in the past two months and the table service is not good - slow and inexperienced.  I'm not sure what happened to the old waitstaff who was here when it was the Bridgeworks.

So it didn't surprise me at all to hear about the Moravian students who had to complain and serve themselves.

The bartender during happy hour is great, and the deal is clutch - $1 drafts and mixed drinks.

Arresting customers (after they have legitmately complained about bad service) for not paying gratuity is a really dumb way to resolve the problem. If that's how they think they should run their business I don't want to patronize it any more.

The included gratuity for large parties is an expected thing, although I question if it's fair to the customer at all.  But I have been at restaurants with 8 people or whatever and if service was great we've tipped beyond the mandatory 18%.

Not at the Lehigh Pub though.
    Dumbasses.

I ate here last month and the food tasted like doodoo.

    The service sucked too.

The whole tipgate fiasco doesn't surprise me one bit.

The owner of this turd of a pub should be arrested for attempted robbery.

The cops should be suspended for displaying such a complete lack of common sense and making such an inane arrest.

And the kids should dig up Johnny Cochran, sue the cops for false imprisonment and shake down the owner for every penny he has.

Did I mention the food and service here sucks?

UGH. Let's all shut up about the moronic fucking drama surrounding this junk bar, okay? This isn't a 1-star OR a 5-star and with good reason: it's an actual review.

The Lehigh Pub is a crappy bar right next to Lehigh University's campus. Yup, there's lots of drunk college kids. Yup, the service is lackluster. But it's a divey bar that advertises it's insanely cheap booze. You can't honestly be looking for something fancy for what this place is.

Here's what I liked. There's a million TVs in here. If you're here to watch a game, I wouldn't be surprised to find it on. Not bad. The beer is also crazy cheap. 4 and 5 dollar pitchers. It may be watery but again, if you're here you're not exactly tasting imported dubbels from Belgian Abbeys or this year's Oktoberfest fresh from Munich.

Here's what sucks (not counting the atmosphere. you get what you deserve if you come here). The service is mediocre (and when it's busy, especially, probably pretty bad). The beer is watery. The food is nondescript.

Make the Lehigh Pub a stop like any other crappy bar: choose your moments and know what to expect. Don't show up here on Thursday night of Lehigh parents' weekend or Lehigh-Laf week unless you WANT the insanity/stupidity. But don't reject this place out of hand for its bad publicity and preposterous Yelp reaction. It's a killer place to get a 5 dollar pitcher, especially if you go right around 5pm after getting out of class before it's busy.

No credit cards? And the wait staff is slower than my grandma. I get better service at a soup kitchen.

Not good for groups or kids.  Does not take reservations.  No delivery. No take out.  Not wheelchair accessible.  No outdoor seating.  No happy hour.  No smoking.  No coat check.

oh and 22% is the new 18%

Went for a late night drink and some food with friends at the newly renovated Bridgeworks which is now called Lehigh Pub following the renovation. The beer selection was OK and the menu had a decent offering. My chicken quesadilla was charred, thus tasting mostly burnt, and our waitress was, in her own words, "brain dead." We'd asked that she split the check and she mangled that pretty poorly and I had to repeatedly ask her for a box for my leftover food which she never ended up bringing despite several requests. I finally had to go up to the bar and bother the bartender for it.

It seems like it would be a sweet place to watch sports, though. They have at least half a dozen flat screens all around the bar which leads me to believe that, executed properly unlike splitting the tab and bringing me a box, it would be great to spend Sundays there watching football.

Not at all sure why they deem themselves an Irish pub. OK, beer, but didn't notice any Irish pub fare on the menu.

I went out with a couple of buddies here while I was visiting the schools in the area. God this place is a dump. The service is mediocre at best. I've been served better food at strip clubs. I heard this place used to be decent until new ownership.

The biggest gripe is the management's and staff's attitude towards customers. They just treat you like crap here, and I'm no emo softie either. They just flat out treat you like garbage here. You would think that having a place so run-down such as this, they'd actually try and treat you better.

This place is one of the few places that makes me wish Yelp has a negative star rating system. ONE star is really pushing it for this joint. Mandatory tip for the unbelievable crappy service, food, environment and beer? You're kidding right? ROFL I definitely won't be back. Just go to the one on 500 something main street. It's a much better place to hangout and drink.

We came here countless times in the late '80's early '90's when I was a starving college student.  In fact, it was one place I felt I could take my parents.  It was called BRIDGEWORKS.  They have since changed the name.

You can draw on the table with crayons on white paper, while you wait for your food.

But all in all - it's "OK" bar food.

I'm a student at Lehigh University, and I usually end up at the Lehigh Pub once a week for their trivia night. The bar is nothing special: no good beer on tap, no real atmosphere to speak of, and the food isn't very good.  However, my favorite part about it as opposed to bars like MacGrady's or the Tally Ho is that it's smoke free.  I don't wake up the next morning smelling of smoke, and I can actually breathe while I'm there.

Prices aren't any different than other local bars--they used to have $5 Bud Light pitchers, but the new management has raised to prices to $7.  I don't ever get mixed drinks, so I can't offer any tips there.

Trivia on Thursdays at the Lehigh Pub is top notch, however.  Unlike other trivia, people don't usually cheat, and it's usually pretty competitive.  If you go to MacGrady's trivia, most of the teams cheat, so it's impossible to win unless you've got several smartphones to look up all the answers.  The only bad thing about trivia is it starts at 8, which is a little too early, in my eyes.

Also, as far as service goes, I've never really had any complaints, though I've never eaten here for dinner.  The waiter who's usually working on Thursdays, Jesse, is always quick to bring over more drinks and take food orders when we want.

So, overall, the Lehigh Pub isn't anything special, but it's a half-decent student bar, and I think that's really the crowd they're trying to cater to.

Stopped in for a drink, a bite, and a tv with the game.

While I was able to watch the game, the drink and the bite didn't pan out.  The service was terrible (even by dive bar standards), and the food wasn't just bad, it came out cold because the staff must've forgot about it.

I had low expectations, but not low enough.

Honestly, this place is pretty crappy.  It's dirty, sticky, and full of drunk college kids.  I guess that's what you'd expect given it's proximity to Moravian and Lehigh.  The poor service just makes this place painful to be around.

Go to Bethlehem Beer Works for a better atmosphere and better food.

I was at this bar a while back while in the area visiting some friends, and we all received subpar service. The waiters were rude and after me and my friends left, we became ill, which we felt was a result of the lousy food quality. One of my friends decided we go here, for a reason I can't comprehend. Needless to say, the food was terrible - cold, without flavor, gross; the prices were way too high, the drinks were watered down, the service we received was insulting and rude. I will NEVER go back there and hope anyone who reads this review doesn't go back there either! It's a blight on an otherwise great town of Bethlehem, PA! Frankly, the City Council should condemn it under eminent domain and turn it into a homeless shelter and soup kitchen.  I'd actually prefer eating in a soup  kitchen to my experience at the Lehigh Pub last week. STAY AWAY!!!
