Legacy Academy Morrisville

I've been taking my infant to Legacy Academy in Morrisville for 3 months now. He absolutely loves his time there, and the teachers are all amazing.

Even though he is very young, the teachers still show him how to paint, play with toys, have fun with other children, sing, and so much more. Everybody knows him by name, and that really helped with the transition from home to daycare. Plus, he has so much fun at Legacy that he is exhausted by the end of the day, which helps him sleep at night.

The school has a good security system, including locked doors with a keypad, video cameras everywhere, and fingerprint technology when checking in or out. There is an outdoors area with a "water park". And they have a ton of extracurricular events for kids and grown-ups, including a monthly evening where you can keep the kids at daycare later in the evening while you go and have fun elsewhere (read: date night).

The hours are perfect: 6:30am until 6:30pm. Enough time to drop them off early or pick him up late.

The owner, Mary Jo, is very sweet and I honestly think she would do anything for these children. Assistant Director Katie is also fantastic.

Highly recommend Legacy Academy. I can't imagine my infant going anywhere else.

This preschool is a home away from home. They understand the importance of family and provide many opportunities for patents to be involved. I especially love the morning coffee the provide. They make you feel like family. My son gets excited every time we pull up and that says a lot!

Teachers and staff are amazing! we are very pleased. Staff and teachers are very attentive, loving, and always involves the parents in activities which I love. Everybody knows my son by name. Great curriculum.

I love this daycare facility (Morrisville Location). My son has been going to La Petite more than a year and he absolutely loves it. I am planning to start my daughter there next month. There are many things to love about this place:
Daycare (Interior design): This place remodeled after acquiring form Legacy Academy. I am so glad that La Petite took over because the change brightens the place. The interior look clean, fresh, and organized.
Teachers: I can't rave about the teachers at this daycare. They are always there to help you and I never feel shy to ask or call them at any time or any day. They are willing to assist and answer any concern or question that I have. My son has and still learning. He is learning addition and subtraction and he just turned four and gets the concept and can do little math. This tells me the one on one care he is getting there.
Food: The food is great and clean. He actually enjoys the food there and if he needs more he ask for it and he gets it. They make sure your child is fed and full
Sleep: They take their nap and many times you have to sit with my son when he started the daycare so he can take a nap. The teachers were so kind that they actually held his hand and stayed with him until he slept. What an amazing teacher..Ms. Vanessa
Holidays: I have many friends who have their child at different daycares and always complained about the daycare being closed more than the regular holidays but not at La Petite. They are pretty much open except on the national holidays. Also, they are open till 6:30pm (which is great and no other daycare offers that).
Your child: You don't have to wait until the end of the day to find out what your child did. La Petite offers Precioustatus app which tells you what your child is doing, how much or what he ate, if he slept, they send you pictures that you can save for your collections. I absolutely love this new app.
Incentive for Parent: You were in a rush and didn't get breakfast or had your coffee - Don't you worry - La Petite offer fresh coffee and little breakfast snack for parents like us who are just rushing in the mornings
Director: At last I would like to acknowledge the director of La Petite. This wouldn't have happen if Shannon and Asia didn't step in and took in charge. They are amazing and always ready to answer any question or concern. They are someone you will see when you enter or exit the daycare with the smile to ensure you that your child is in proper hand.
I would highly recommend this daycare facility to any parent who is looking to start or move your child. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Shannon, Asia, Vanessa and the rest of the team for making me a happy parent.
