I'd give her only one star because i've tried to contact her several times over the last two weeks to make an appointment with no response. She obviously doesn't need the business. She's probably too busy.

It's really too bad because with my insurance, she's the only one that comes up in a 5 mile radius and the other one specializes in deaf issues, which means i'll need to find someone out of my way. :(
