Expensive, but this is the kind of boutique that puts Philly on the fahsion map. Fashion mags will feature hot new looks and Leehe Fai will pop up as the place to buy in Philly.

They carry cool designers like B. Johnson, Trina Turk and Anna Sui. It's a small boutique but there are two locations. No one will presuure you too much and everyone is polite. but don't come in here unless you plan on spending the Benjamin's.

Cute boutique filled to the brim with trendy & pretty femme pieces.  They carry some of my fave girly designers like Custo Barcelona (yum!), Nanette Lepore & Betsy Johnson.  I much prefer to shop here in the warmer months than the cooler ones as I feel the style is a little too "California sun" for our dreary East Coast winters.  Plus my style veers more towards the dark & urban so I take full advantage of playing that in the cooler months...but I digress.  
They also have a nice selection of flirty & fun evening/fancy & cocktail dresses.

The staff is friendly but not overbearing & they also have a tailor available on some days.  However, unlike many boutiques or department stores who tailor the clothes you buy from them free of charge, such is unfortunately not the case at Leehe Fai.  LF's tailor does a fine job, but since you have to pay anyway I'd recommend just taking your pieces to your usual trusted tailor if you have one you favor.
