I was dreading--dreading!!--having to research and find a health insurance plan for my family. Lucky for me, my former boss passed me Philip Lee's name and told me to give him a call. After my first conversation with Mercedes, I received tons of information and options via email. When I called with some questions I was passed to Phil, who not only answered them all but presented some options I hadn't considered. For my third call, I got Coreen, who not only re-explained stuff that Phil had already told me but advised me about even more options and then sat on the phone with me while I filled out paperwork. If she could have held my hand I bet she would have.
My application was submitted and my family approved for a health insurance plan within 14 days.
I cannot recommend Lee Insurance Services highly enough. -

A literal life saver! I stumbled upon this office as I was in desperate need for getting me and my family on health insurance at a reasonable price. Given how tough it is to navigate the insane and broken system of health care and maddening insurance underwriters (my daughter has a pre-existing condition), Coreen and Mercedes were extremely patient and honest with me in talking through the best options and hand-held me through the paperwork of the app process. Highest rec for these good folks!

We have been very happy clients of Lee Insurance for years since we found it necessary to purchase our own health insurance plan (complicated by pre-existing conditions). Now, we are shortly approaching medicare, and Phil and Mercedes have been extraordinarily helpful and answered all our questions and helped us navigate our way through this maze so that we feel knowledgeable and prepared. Phil and Mercedes are always prompt and helpful with a response to e-mail or phone call. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We have a family-run restaurant in San Francisco and needed help setting up an insurance plan for our employees. We found Lee Insurance Services and were impressed by the service, attention and value we received. Phil, Chris, and Mercedes are wonderful. They helped us navigate the complicated health care system and set us up with a plan that works for us. Since then, they regularly follow up and answer all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. We feel that they have our best interests in mind.
They are really friendly and genuine people, and I would suggest them to any of my friends.

I have been a happy client of Phil and Mercedes, and now Chris, for many years. They have always offered exemplary service, in sharp contrast to other insurance agencies I have had to work with over the years. I have always felt that Phil genuinely cares about his clients - I always get prompt and courteous responses to my calls or e-mails, and I would not hesitate to send my closest friends and family to this agency. Lee Insurance helped me wade through the mass of information about Medicare when i retired over five years ago. Even though I live in San Francisco and they are based in Moraga, with their help, I found a plan that gave me the coverage i needed at the price I could afford. They were available to answer every question and anticipated my needs. In the past five years, my insurance has never let me down thanks to their guidance. i also appreciate the handwritten birthday and holiday cards! Go Lee Insurance.

These guys have gone out of their way for me with some issues I had with one of the larger insurance companies in CA. If you are an employer and are looking to offer heath insurance benefits to your people - you need to talk to these folks! If you're an individual - they will make sure you get exactly what you need.

My friend referred me to Phil Lee for insurance. I am so glad that I went to them. They helped me and my husband tackle our individual insurance needs. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
