I love, love, love my aesthetician, Erin Bauer.  Erin used to work at Benefit in Mill Valley and recently opened her own space upstairs at Le Salon on Blithedale.  Her space is sunny and bright.  It's a FAR cry from Benefit.  If you found Benefit stressful with all the noise and people running about in such crowded quarters, you'll really appreciate her new space.  Also, she won't be hard-selling products to you.  

The number one best thing is, of course, the quality of work.  I get a full Brazilian wax done in no time flat and it's pretty darn painless.  Keep in mind I have a low threshold for pain.  Also, if there's a mistake made, she's happy to correct it.  She also does eyebrows and will get rid of any other unwanted body hair you might have.

I called once, last minute, and she made an exception and took me at 6:30 pm, when she usually closes at 6.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love my awesome, hilarious, gorgeous and talented hairstylist, Misty. I am a total slacker about my hair and when I finally get around to calling her up and begging for her talents, Misty always fits me right in. Not only that, but we spend our entire time together in hysterics. I adore her. She's fast, she's funny and she's super cool. So cool, in fact, that upon hearing that crazy internet psychos were talking smack in the comments section of "my blog or website", Misty went online and defended my honor.
She does my mom's hair too, and my mom is one hot bitch.
