7 reviews for Le Rendez-Vous
Best restaurant in Tucson.
Especially for a romantic dinner.
Long wait for food; terrible service; mediocre food, high price--Skip it.
A top-notch Tucson restaurant! It's all too common to go to a fine restaurant and find that you just did not get the kind of eye-opening quality that you paid for. Le Rendez-Vous totally did it for me.
Best meal: The Beef Wellington is unbelievable! I fancy myself a very good cook and I was painfully aware of how far beyond my skills every component of this dish was. That's worth every penny! Followed it up with a chocolate souffle - heavenly.
It's small, pricy, and caters to an older crowd. Nevertheless, it's also a perfect restaurant for a romantic date (she'll feel younger than ever!).
I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. The food is flawlessly delicious. Prior to trying Le Rendez-vous, I was craving bistro501, Lafayette, IN, where I was a regular customer back when I was in school. Le Rendex-vous' food was great but expensive which is common among good french restaurants. If you are looking for a restaurant for a special occasion, this place is it! Also, reservations is preferred.
Excellent little restaurant. It's French food so it is expensive but definitely worth it.
My wife and I were probably the youngest couple there but we didn't mind. Food is great and service terrific. The flourless chocolate cake is a wonderful dessert. Next time I will definitely try a souffle.
I love this little french restaurant-- its cozy and the patrons come here on a regular basis... the best beef wellington I've had- choice beef tenderloin in a buttery puff pastry-- and my favorite dessert- Napoleon...delicieux
Romantic and cozy French restaurant. A bit pricey, but you get your money's worth with the nice portions. The escargot is highly recommended. Try and save room for dessert.
