I saw them perform at the Tiki Beach Festival in Long Beach today. This dance troupe is really good. They have hula/tahitian dancers of two different age groups. The band is just as good, the band leader's daughter also performs, he introduces her as his favorite. The power of the drums and the well choreographed dancing was very entertaining, those gals can really shake it like a polaroid picture. Especially the Tahitian dancing. They perform and compete. I actually felt like I was in Hawaii.

And he's a member of his band the "Nalu Boys" who play regularly for Le Polynesia.
