Amazing!
Joseph is a true professional and all around great guy. As he told me, Le + Pelletier is a fledging big firm, and it shows in the way they do business. His office is immaculate and utilizes all of the latest legal technology. He keeps clients up-to-date on the status of their cases as well as regular, systematic billing (so your bill never comes as a surprise!).
The firm has satellite offices in Valencia and Santa Rosa, so the firm's reach is literally across California. I appreciate that kind of professionalism, skill, and client care, and would recommend Joseph in a heart beat. -

Le Pelletier...oh how I love their style of things. I believe they are Psychologists with a suitcase and a powersuit. Like their powersuit, everything they do is custom-tailored and form fitting to the client's emotional spec along with his/her long term sense of safety. Le Pelletier is a safe place...or safehouse. They are your advocates.
Just think for a moment. Society is like a playground, you are being legally picked on. Le Pelletier is that older kid that comes and defends you and backs you up.
Joseph Le Runs the Santa Ana office and is a very helpful person and took initiative to send help my way when I didn't ask. I like that kind gesture a great deal. I had an issue where I called his office for help. He sent his partner, Erin Pelletier, in since she's more local. On day of, he surprised me by showing up. He drove over 400miles just to support the case. Joseph Le is like a superhero or a good older brother I've always wish I had. Saying he'll go that extra mile for you isn't really fitting-- I say he'll go an extra 500miles. -

My experience with Erin was horrible. She and her partner completely betrayed my trust and blatantly lied about a verbal agreement we had made. After I called her to ask her about said discrepancy she stopped returning my calls and e-mails. I trusted her and got burned. Lets just say if money is changing hands make sure it's not in hers.

Unlike many firms we refuse to pigeon-hole ourselves within defined "practice areas." We also cringe at the thought of being labeled an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink general practice.
What we practice is advisorship. We want to be your point person for your legal questions not only today, but for years down the road. That is not to say that we are the jack of all trades (and master of none). In some areas, business law and business litigation, estate planning, family law, patents and trademarks, we are very proficient. Other types of law, such as criminal and immigration, are better left to others.

History
Established in 2008
Lawyers don't have the greatest reputation. Even if you do come across one that you like, you probably think to yourself that yours must be an exception.
There is obviously a disconnect between the great people who provide legal services, and the unhappy client whose needs weren't met.
So, we set out to create a law firm like no other. We created this firm with the singular purpose of finding a better way to practice law. It's like no other because we choose to make it different.
We decided that our clients should be active participants in the process and that they shouldn't be penalized for hiring the resources of an entire firm or left at a disadvantage by hiring a solo practitioner. We leverage a highly collaborative workplace model (like you would find in a graphic design house) and then spread it out using distributed technology concepts to provide seamless and cost effective knowledge sharing between attorneys and clients. Who said reinvention was a bad thing?
Meet the Business Owner: Joseph L.
Joseph graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles receiving a triple Bachelor's degree in English, Political Science, and History.
Joseph received his J.D. as well as a concurrent Masters of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, respectively, completing both degrees in under 2.5 years. He studied international dispute resolution in London, Geneva, Hong Kong, and Beijing. While at Pepperdine, Joseph was the chair of the Dispute Resolution Society, a member of the Moot Court Board, coached a champion moot court team to the semi-finals of the Constance Motley Baker Moot Court Competition, and was a finalist in the regional American Bar Association Negotation Competition. Joseph also served as business editor for the inaugural edition of the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law.
