Laurel Wellbeing Massage Therapy

I have been seeing Lauren for several months now. I came to her during an exceptionally stressful time in my life, and seeing her for an hour at a time was the relaxation I really needed. When I first came she addressed many of the issues I was having, including severe sciatica. After just two visits my sciatica was completely gone. She offers cranial sacral therapy which helped relieve my jaw clenching and teeth grinding.
I find her demeanor very kind, she's easy to talk to, thorough and very reasonable.

You owe it to yourself to take an hour out of your busy week or month and just relax. Lauren really helps melt that stress away.

AMAZING! When there are only a few reviews, and all 4 stars, I always wonder if they and/or their friends wrote them. This is not the case! I can rarely find someone who can do deep tissue the entire time, let alone so effortlessly. I've seen her 5 times and every time I leave so relaxed. Also, she doesn't talk much, other than answering you. Another bonus! Love this place!

Best. Massage. Ever. I keep thinking about how I need another one because I felt like I was floating on a cloud of magical mousse after she was done! I'm a teacher and have TONS of horrible upper back tension and it was all gone after my appointment was over. I highly recommend going in and finding your cloud of magical mousse!

I just received a massage today from Lauren and it was wonderful - she was very friendly and asked all the right questions before the massage to understand me and my needs. Although the location isn't a "fancy spa" like those in a hotel, it was very relaxing and quiet. She had nice curtains and a seating area, relaxing music, and a water fountain that was trickling in the background and creating a soothing ambiance. She used essential oils which also helped deepen the relaxation! The pace and pressure was perfect and she got deeper into my shoulder areas like I asked. Her cranial massage techniques were great too. Overall a great experience and I'd highly recommend Lauren.

Lauren is a very uniquely gifted massage therapist who has a lot of intuition about the issues a client is dealing with and addresses those issues accordingly. She has a wonderful touch and uses the perfect amount of pressure. She is truly gifted at what she does and her passion for her work translates. It is certainly refreshing to go to a massage therapist who obviously enjoys the path they chose as a profession! The atmosphere was perfect as well and the amazing essential oils were an added bonus. My body and mind both thanked me enormously for choosing to come in for a massage with Lauren!
