    I went to school at the PSU campus about 10 years ago, and back then, this was pretty much the only place to go. Sure, it was (and still is) pretty much the smallest mall I ever been to, but for its time it had the essentials...book store, two record stores (one of which always had some wacky stuff...mostly stuff that was on the shelf for years), and an arcade. I recall the food "court" was nasty, but it was a place that would kill an hour or two and that cannot be ignored.

    I realize reviewing a place a decade after last seeing it isn't the most helpful, but I have a feeling it hasn't changed much.
