The food I had there was FREAKING AWESOME. The best crab legs I ever had in my life. I am kind of from Florida and I give them a big Plus Plus on the seasoning. It was worth the wait!(20 min). The Grouper Sandwich was good as well. Best food you'll ever eat with plastic utensils. The view is gorgeous and is staffed well. I sat outside. I will definitively be back here!
Restrooms are not private, so you have to walk towards the parking and use the "park" restroom. They are about 100 yars away.

Two Restaurants with One Name
Latitude 31, the indoor evening dining experience, is upscale casual and serves great seafood. First class staff makes it a good experience. A real 5-star experience.
Outside there is the "Rah" Bar -- burgers, beer, and of course some seafood items. Open for lunch and dinner. You can dine under cover or in the sunshine--but, all seating is outside except for 6 stools at the bar. Nice folks, pretty good chow, but it isn't quite up to the indoor evening experiece--nor should it try to be. It's a waterfront hamburger stand--and that phrase should define your expectations and experience. I'd give the outside lunch experience 4 stars. Maybe Yelp can find a way for us to review the two sides of this one restaurant separately.
Latitude 31 is in a great location and has a super friendly and helpful staff. The bar is very simple but nice and the drinks are good and well priced.
So I bumped it up a star.
The food is not very good. The crab in the seafood crepes tasted slightly off, as if it had come from a can. The grouper was a bit "fishy" - not very fresh. Bacon bits and tasteless California tomatoes in the salad.
This restaurant looks like it belongs to the Jekyll Island Club Hotel, but it's separate and not part of the resort.
