This looked like it used to be a diner from the looks of it. They had a counter and a bunch of booths with colorful murals surrounding the inside. The menu sported Latin food with Mexican flair and creativity. The service was appreciated, and the food arrived in a timely manner.
For starters, the Korean tostones ($15.99), timba ($9.99) and media noche egg rolls ($15.99) were ordered. There were three tostones topped with avocado, Korean BBQ pulled pork, crema Mexicana, pickled onions, and sesame seeds. This was outstanding. The tostones were crispy, but not overly done and the pork was tender. It was a well put together dish. The timba were cubes of fried queso Blanco and served with guava marmalade. I was most interested in trying this and it did not disappoint. There were 10 cubes, and each was fried to perfection. The guava marmalade paired nicely with the fried queso Blanco. Regarding the media noche egg rolls, there were three present with 8-hour roasted pork, sweet ham, pickles, a three-cheese blend, and homemade mustard aioli. Once they were picked up, it was well known how packed and loaded these egg rolls were. There was a great balance of all the toppings. Once again, the pork was succulent and tender while the mustard aioli enhanced the overall dish.
For an entrée, the chimi burrito with chicken ($17.99) was ordered. It was a jumbo flour tortilla with yellow "Chuchi" rice, three-cheese blend, plantains and flash-fried with a cilantro-lime and crema Mexicana. There was also a side of fresh Pico de Gallo. Again, this was absolutely filled with all the fixtures. It somehow stayed all together even when eaten. I think the fried aspect had something to do with it. Regarding the taste, very solid. The chicken was seasoned and flavored very nicely, while the plantains provided a sweet factor to the burrito, but not too over powerful. Overall, it was filing and a good purchase.
Will I go back? Easily.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Dec 17, 2023
Havent been to latin house in ages but returned on a rainy night before heading to a movie. The service was quick. Got our food within 20 mins of ordering. My boyfriend and I shared the Korean tostones which were delicious and the chimi burrito- big portion. We topped it off with an order of Timba and the queso blanco was freshly fried and delivered hot. Would definitely be back!

Came here with a big group for brunch and the food took 30 mins to come out. Mind you there wasn't that many people there besides us. We also had a vegan person with us and there was a few of options for her to eat. I got the Nutella French toast and it was a lot of Nutella! Overall very good. Just kinda noted how long it took for the food to come out

My sister, girlfriend, and I visited Latin House Grill for lunch after the movies. The restaurant is small, but cute. It was not busy at all on a Friday afternoon. Their food is Cuban style with Mexican influences. We had a Chilanga Quesadilla, a Cauliflower Rice and a Taqueria Calle Tacos. Their food servings are very generous. Lunch was delicious and service was good.

Food is your typical American fare with a bit of a Latin touch. We ordered burgers, and found the overall taste OK. Service was good and standard.
The location was cute, and carried on the diner vibe, with a bit more modern fare. There weren't too many people and we didn't have a wait.
Overall, not a bad experience but the food is definitely on the heavier side.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Nat L.Weston, FL307285554May 7, 2023
My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Latin House Grill for our date night, and I must say it was truly an impressive culinary adventure. Stepping through the retro-turn-style doors, we were met with a cozy atmosphere, and we were quickly seated. As we perused the menu, we were happily struck with the range of cultural options from Korean-style tostones to the mouth-watering Chimi Burrito.
After a few minutes, we finally placed our orders and I couldn't wait to try my chimi burrito. As soon as I took my first bite, my taste buds exploded in a frenzy of flavors from the sweet and savory to the spicy kick I added with some tabasco. Meanwhile, my boyfriend had ordered the carnitas fajitas and I was taken aback at the sheer size of the meal that was set in front of us. He absolutely demolished the 2-3 person portion with ease, leaving me in awe of his appetite.
Every bite was bursting with delicious flavors, and we savored every moment of it. It's safe to say that Latin House Grill exceeded our expectations and made for a culinary experience that will be hard to top!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 925580Aug 14, 2022
So happy this place took over the diner. I've been a fan since they were on sunset.
The food is super flavorful. The elotes is the perfect start to the meal. Not super heavy, but so tasty.
I saw the famous burrito, which was giant, so I went with the bowl instead. Did not disappoint. The carne asada is really tasty and tender.
I seriously wish I had room for dessert, but definitely will next time.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 70219578Jul 26, 2022
Came here with my bf at around 1 pm on a Sunday. I was excited to try the burrito since it looks amazing in the pictures. Unfortunately they were only serving brunch so I was not allowed to order it.
We decided to get a guac appetizer to start, I had the vaca frita hash and my bf ordered the avocado toast.
The guac was good but pricey. Pretty sure it was like $13/$14. Vaca frita hash was subpar. The "hash" was more papitas than like actual potatoes. The avocado toast didn't have any eggs... a whole mess. Not to mention the service was super slow. Our waiter was MIA the whole time. And it wasn't busy. If I was to come back it would be to try the burrito but I would probably get it to go so I don't have to deal with the lack of service.
What reaaaaaaally bothered me is that after the waiter told me I wasn't allowed to get the burrito from the lunch menu, like 15 minutes later they stared serving lunch. Like what lol why didn't you tell me to wait a couple of minutes. Or just let me order it. Overall, not a great experience.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
