After seeing first hand the amazing results from Laser Cosmetica I don't know why I didn't come here sooner! I haven't even finished all of my treatments and already the hair has almost all disappeared! Thank you Laser Cosmetica!

I am posting my review for all of the locations of Laser Cosmetica because they are all equally inefficient and terrible.

Save yourself the aggrevation and money and go somewhere else.  I purchased a package for laser hair removal for basically full body minus underarms, as well as several chemical peels.    I had my underarms treated at Completely Bare and a random place called Randee Elaine in the w. village (which was actually cheap and effective) and had amazing results at both. I had six or seven treatments total and was done.

Unfortunately, I went to Laser Cosmetica with the hopes of having similar results for the rest of the areas I wanted treated and signed up for brazilian, full leg and upper lip hari removal.  The contracts I signed (and for which I saved all my copies/receipts) are for 6 treatments + 3 years UNLIMITED guarantee of treatments. After 2.5 years from the start of my contracts, I showed up for an appointment and, after rushing to get there, was told that I wouldn't be seen by the technician because my guarantee had ran out.  The front desk "manager" refused to give me an explanation, claimed she didn't have my contracts and could not help me. She was gracious enough to give me a phone number for someone in the corporate office who would review my account. She claimed that it was 6 treatments plus 3 year guarantee UP TO EIGHT ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS.  

First of all, the fact that I had to go for nearly 3 years/14 treatments is absurd and should be a sign that this place is doing something wrong.  I used every machine they had, have dark hair and light skin (which is ideal and most responsive to the laser) as well as folllowed the time frame they suggested for hair growth cycles. I have had at most 60 % reduction.

In addition, the contracts I signed clearly stated 6 treatments plus 3 years guarantee.... nothing else. No fine print, no limitation to the guarantee other than time frame.  When I contacted the corporate office, they had the nerve to fax me a copy of a newly revised contract with the guarantee limitations clearly stated on the bottom.  When I faxed her all my documents with the original contracts, and a summary of the services I had received, I tried contacting her for 4 months (called and left 9 messages with the receptionist as well as 3 emails directly to her) and was completely ignored. I finally got through yesterday and she is now claiming that although my contract doesn't have the terms listed, and my original guarantee states teh timing, THEY REALLY MEANT FOR ONLY 8 TREATMENTS.  Really?? is this your explanation for the BS you are selling to people??  This place needs to be closed and the technicians (most of whom are really nice and sympathetic to customer concerns) need to go to better companies b/c Laser Cosmetica is the worst experience I have ever had with any type of salon/spa/medi-spa service.  

I had initially sent 3 of my close friends to them as well as my mother, when I thought I was receiving a well-priced package.  All of us have had horrible experiences with scheduling (way too difficult to get an appointment), the attitude of the corporate office and front desk "managers", and the lack of results with the treatments.
I have spent over $5, 500 on packages that are worth nothing and have had to deal with the stress and migraine-inducing frustration of scheduling appointments.
