Still my favorite mexican restaurant to this day. I grew up going here every year for my parent's or me and my sister's birthdays...and they remembered us every time! We only saw them handful of times (it was such a treat to go there for birthdays you know!) yet they still remembered us. Also they slap a sombrero on you, give you a delicious cinnamon and sugar and strawberry and whipped cream dessert and sing to you in both Spanish and English. After graduating and going off to college I'd still try to make an effort to go out there every few months. Whenever I'd go they'd ask about my parents or my sister. Very nice. Returned back there for my 21st birthday and they were extremely friendly, slapped the hat on me and sang once more.

For as far back as I can remember I've always ordered the "plato chico chicken enchilada" which is bigger than a kids meal but smaller than the big dinner plate. It's a a great price and always filling. Pretty much the number one thing I miss from Marysville is Las Margaritas!

This place is awsome. Once of the first places I pigged out at when I came home from Iraq!

Okay...so we are in Marysville 3 times a week for a chiropractic appointment. We go as a family...but we go right after I get off the bus from Seattle...no dinner. So needless to say, when we are done...we are HUNGRY...and looking for good food. Tonight...we had a craving for some Mexican. We had no idea what a treat we were in for!

The restaurant is a nice place, clean and with friendly and prompt service. They have Dos Equis on tap...which really started things off nicely. The kids menu is quite substantial in comparison to most Mexican places. I decided to try the fish tacos, since I have been on a fish taco kick lately. The man had this burrito thing that to be honest is just about the biggest, messiest yummies burrito I have seen in a while. It had steak and eggs and cheese and rice and all kinds of stuff all gooey inside! The fish tacos were rather fantastic also. The fish was grilled, not fried, which is always a nice change. The ingredients seemed incredibly fresh...and I even liked the rice...which is not my norm.

But it wasn't the food or the decor that did it for me. No...the winning moment for me was when the rather large mariachi band that showed up half way through our dinner. We believe they are not a regular show for the place...they seemed to surround one particular party. Needless to say though...we got quite the show! Unfortunately...they were also rather loud...with 5 violinists, 2 trumpets, a base and an acoustic guitar player, plus singing...well...you get the point. Do you think it is possible for a mariachi band to be quiet!?

Anyway...QUITE the experience I must say! We really enjoyed the whole experience. Good food, good service, good beer, and loud music played live at our table side!

Came here because it was lunch time and we wanted mexican food. We were seated and the girl took our order. In every mexican restaurant they are nice and they tried to speak Spanish to you and more if you speak Spanish to them. In my life I never encountered  so an antisocial waiter. Is obvious her first language is Spanish and when ordering the drink I said it in Spanish but she did not show any emotion and continue all the way in English. We did not talk to her back in Spanish. The food was served fast, but other places they serve more and is tastier. As I said that was the only restaurante we saw in that place. But I am not going to return something did not feel right. Is like they could care less if you eat there or not.
