The Godfather margarita is really the best in town. The food is fresh and yummy. It's truly different from most places around. You can taste the scratch-made flavors. Everything is seasoned very well giving the food a completed flavor. Can't recommend this place enough.
They greet you at the door, and introduce themselves as if you're being invited into their home. But what a great atmosphere, we almost felt underdressed, it's quite nice! All in all this is a great place to branch out from the everyday Tex-Mex you normally find around here. Definitely a step up!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Barbara C.Tulsa, OK01Jul 22, 2012
Really disappointing-started out with chips and salsa. Chips were stale and salsa, although hot, had no other flavor (garlic, cilantro, onion). Ordered a frozen margarita and sent it back because there was no taste to it. My husband ordered a burrito and I ordered the El Paso plate (2 enchilada's, 1 tamale, beans, rice, salad). Both dinners were bland-no flavor at all. The El Paso plate came with a "salad". This consisted of some shredded lettuce and a few diced tomatoes on the plate. I considered this the garnish that all Mexican food comes with, but after asking our waitress, this was the salad. I had cheese sauce on my enchilada's-it seemed to me to be like velveeta. We have really expected more from this place and were left very disappointed. Our waitress, although friendly, was not experienced.
