I have fluffy carpet people. No, really fluffy carpet.
This might not sound like a big deal to you, but I never knew I had fluffy carpet.
My carpet is not flithy, nor is it old. It's less than 6 years old and I get it cleaned usually twice a year. So besides the normal wear and tear of a house with kids and a dog, it's pretty clean but now it's SPOTLESS and FLUFFY.
Fluffy. I can't let it go. It's so soft beneath my feet...because it's fluffy.
Larry is the man! Right on time, actually 5 minutes early.
Very professional and fast.
Whatever he used on the carpets is scentless. There was no horrible wet carpet smell in the house after and did I mention, it's fluffy?
I wound up having him clean a microfiber couch I have in the living room. I had no idea how disgusting it was until he cleaned it. It was filthy.
I would highly recommend Larry again and again.
If you are looking for the cheapest, Larry might not be it. But if you are looking for the BEST at a VERY reasonable price, then he's your man! -

If all service companies ran their businesses the way Larry runs his, the world would be a much happier place. Responsive, straight forward, on-time, efficient, careful and thorough. We highly recommend Larry's Extreme Clean for anyone who needs their wall to wall carpets, their upholstered furniture, curtains and valances cleaned. He did all the above for us and we couldn't be happier with his work.

Larry was punctual, efficient, and effective in cleaning our dirty white carpet. I asked to see the dirty water that he extracted during the cleaning and it looked muddy. We will be using him again and again.

I've used Larry numerous times to clean my carpets and I'm always amazed at what a great job he does. The best part of all is that he really works hard to accomodate scheduling. I had a particular need, my mom was coming to stay for a few weeks, and desperately needed him to squeeze me in. He did just that and worked until quite late into the night to get it done. I appreciate this more than I can say. Larry is very honest about what he can and cannot do, so the expectations are set up front. I have stains that will never come out. He works hard and you can tell that it's all about pride of doing business. Larry definitely deserves all the high ratings and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

I just got my carpet and couch cleaned by Larry yesterday, and I am happy to report he did an excellent job, as with everyone else who Yelp'ed about him (which is how I found him in the first place).
Contractors were in my house for the last 4 months doing a bathroom remodel project. There was construction dust all over my carpet. Even though I couldn't see it, I know it was there. In addition to this, there were also huge dark stains (don't know exactly what it was) on the bedroom carpet that was left over from the contractors using my bedroom as a staging and work area. They also left a sticky residue on the carpet from the masking tape they used to tape down the dropcloths that were laid out all over the house. I was afraid this residue wouldn't come out, but I was wrong. Larry was able to get it out with his special cleaner.
My carpet is relatively new (replaced 3 years ago) and I have no pets, so I manage to keep it clean. But when Larry was done, he showed me the color of the water and it was completely dirty...obviously from all that construction dust and dirt. In some strange way, it was good to see the dirty water, because now I know the carpet is completely clean.
I highly recommend Larry. He's responsive, on-time, efficient, and friendly. What more can you ask for? -

I called to make an appointment with Larry to have our area rugs and couch cleaned. He got back to me promptly and called the day before to confirm the appointment. Larry was on-time, was friendly and fast. Most importantly Larry did an excellent job. Our spotted carpet looked brand new. I highly recommend Larry!

We are extremely pleased with Larry's work yesterday. He arrived on time and cleaned our 2 large rugs in less than 1 1/2 hours. Larry helped move some of the furniture, worked quietly - of course the vacuum did annoy the cat- and neatly. Kitty and Larry got along very well after the disturbance.
I was satisfied with the price and will ask Larry to return another time to clean some furniture. Nohesitation about recommending him. -

I called Larry for an estimate and he gave me what I thought was probably low for the size of our rooms, which I told him. He arrived exactly on time, finished when he said he would, and did a great job. He was apologetic when he said he'd have to charge a little more than the estimate! Really he could have added another $100 and it would still have been in the range of other bids! And he's the whole business! No overhead! So give him your business!

Larry's Extreme Clean is a great example of customer service. I have been using for three years. I have gotten my carpets, dinning room chairs, and couch cleaned by Larry and they all came out looking like new. Larry has great prices and very friendly service. There is only one problem with Larry, he is ALWAYS booked. :)

Must agree with everyone else - we found Larry's reviews, scheduled the appointment, and we're totally pleased with the results. We didn't have any major emergency or huge issues, just an old rug - and now it looks fabulous. All green and environmentally aware.
5 clicks = awesome. I'd probably give 4 clicks to a carpet/rug cleaning service who showed up and got the job done, but Larry is also A) nice, B) absolutely professional, C) totally conscientious (carefully catching any drops, explaining the process, offering advice on how to care for the rug, etc), and D) committed to a green experience. Pretty cool all around, and that brings the total to 5. -

Larry is THE MAN.
We had an EMERGENCY need for a sofa-cleaning EXPERT last Friday, and Larry saved the day in style. I called at least a half dozen of the upholstery services that came up on a Yelp search, with increasing desperation. One guy made sense but wasn't available until the following day, and that's just not acceptable when someone has peed on your new sofa. Another person actually showed up to give us a "quote", but then failed the crazy-person test.
Larry was the only one who replied promptly, professionally and coherently. Not only that, but he seemed rather pleased when I told him that he looked a lot like "The Fonz", and he didn't repeat the word "urine" more than once. Larry is smart enough to focus on the recovery, not the catastrophe.
He arrived on time as promised later in the afternoon and fired up his EXTREME CLEAN magic. Two days later the sofa is good as new and LARRY IS AWESOME. Seriously, Larry is a total pro, and he was a genuine pleasure to deal with. He helped transform a rather traumatic Friday morning into a no-problem weekend.

When I found Larry I was in desperate need of help with our carpet that we could not rid of our cat's territorial marking. It was previously brand new carpet and we thought it was ruined. We tried products that everyone swore by, but they did not do the trick. We even bought a steam cleaner and that did not completely work either.
I read all the reviews about Larry on Yelp and decided to give him a call to get his opinion. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and listed out my options and his recommendations and let me make the final call. I decided to have Larry give it a try before I had to replace the carpets. He fit me in the very next day as I wanted to have it done ASAP. He did a fantastic job- very thorough and efficient- and the carpets now smell fresh and clean! I highly recommend you call Larry with any carpet cleaning needs. -

I have never used a professional carpet cleaner before. I read about Larry on Yelp and challenged him to get the stink out of two old armchairs from my grandma's smoke filled home.
First of all, he was easy to schedule with -- I set it up entirely over email. He is booked fairly far in advance, but hey, he's just that good.
He arrived right when he said he would.
He was extremely professional, nice to my overbearing dog, efficient, offered to spot clean a few carpet stains that he just happened to notice (even though he was there for the furniture), and reasonably priced. He charged me $150 for the two chairs.
Furthermore, he is the former drummer of the Greg Kihn Band. If you don't remember your 80s bands, just look up the Breakup Song or Jeopardy. Weird Al even did a parody of Jeopardy!
So in summary, Larry does a great job and is a nice, talented and interesting person. -

I didn't know who to call to clean our area rugs that my little yorkies love to wipe their little paws on, so after checking with Yelp, Larry got the nod. The first thought that pops into my head when I think carpet cleaning is Rug Doctor, Stanley Steamer, etc...but I'm not a big fan of mediocre chains. Larry was able to squeeze me in earlier, scheduling was a breeze. He showed up early, helped me move some furniture and went to work...
2 hours later, rugs are looking super clean and amazing. He exceeded my expectations and I'll be using him again. Larry did such a good job that I've already referred him to several friends...for lack of a better word, Larry's Extreme Clean kicks ass! :) -

He removed stains that I was sure would never come out.

I have had Larry clean the upholstery in two cars, a couch, a couple area rugs and some carpet over the last couple years. He is honest, shows up on time and does great work for a fair price.
How does one get melted chocolate out of a fabric car seat? Call Larry's Extreme Clean!
To really set the stage, I should review MerryMaids (but that experience was so long ago that the review would be stale). Suffice it to say the experience has less than satisfactory and I am happy, so happy, to have found Larry's Extreme Clean to handle all my future upholstery, area rug, carpet cleaning needs.
Oh - just in case you didn't know, Larry is also a rockstar - literally. He is the Drummer for Larry Lynch and the Mob and he was the drummer for the Greg Kihn band in the 80s (Think "Jeopardy").
He is a really good guy who will simply take care of all your carpet cleaning needs. -

Thanks, Yelpers! I didn't shop further to see what other cleaners are out there and trusted your judgment! Everything was perfect!
Now I recommend Larry's Extreme Clean! Our carpets needed to be cleaned, especially with our baby crawling. He did also did a great job on our tapestry sofa. Both items have not been clean in about 4 yrs and he made it look and smell brand new... (actually it smelled like freshly squeezed lemons).
Larry did a thorough job and it took him about 3-4 hours for a good price!

Larry is great! Totally professional and totally worth it. He saved our couch and wool Persian rug, which I didn't think was possible after two Labradors (one black, one blond), tons of matted dog hair, gallons of drool and miles of dirty paw prints. But lo and behold, they both look near-new. Totally shocked and impressed. Stop procrastinating like we did and hire him now. Last people who cleaned my carpets were from a major company I picked out in the Yellow Pages. The two guys who showed up were ex-cons, as evident in their conversation. Halfway thru the job, their heater died. They were able to finish the job only with cold water. The carpets were damp, in the heat of summer, for the next 2 weeks, and not very clean.
Contrast Larry Lynch, a well groomed, cheerful man who does meticulous work and is fun to talk to. Cleaning is this professional musician's "day job," a means to an end, allowing him to be independent. He left the carpets looking 20 years younger. Now, if he could only do that for me ... -

The Carpet: Off-white waffle Berber carpeting - very prominent high traffic areas, stains on the carpet from: food, drinks, my puppy, my cat and whatever else. It looked disgusting.
The Challenge: Finding a method of really cleaning the carpet. I used the Rug Doctor twice - eh, it was okay but WAY too much work for me. On another occasion, I had a person clean my carpet - it looked like they were using a floor buffer - I don't think it took care of the pet dander but my carpet looked fluffy - then came Larry.
I found Larry of Larry's Extreme Clean on Yelp. He was very nice and accommodating of the date and time I could meet. His price was affordable and with his huge mobile steam cleaner he CLEANED my carpets. After he was done cleaning all I could do was stand in the middle of my place staring at the carpet - amazed. The spots were gone and the high traffic areas were no where to be found. This is what clean looked like - the closest it has been to looking like it was brand spanking new.

Larry is THE MAN !!!!!!
I recently hired him to clean the carpets in a rental unit that had some funk left in it.
First of all he was super cool in scheduling the cleaning (I needed it done right away + he was busy usually equals something not working out with other businesses Ive dealt with) and worked it out to my convenience.
Secondly he showed up a little EARLY and got started.
But most important of all the carpets looked almost new again. He got out a stain that could have only been bong water or a couple of ashtrays and an exploding beer. It was completely gone! there were some other questionable stains that I don't even want to speculate on, and they were gone too. Also we were on a budget and needed some work done that wasn't agreed upon in the price, so Larry pointed out that a couple of rooms could be spot cleaned as most of the carpet in them was still as good as new and he would take care of the other problem (a ton of stairs!!!). I don't know if it worked out the same in sq footage or he was being extra cool or whatever but I have never heard a cleaning company not try and milk you for extra money.
Dont even waste your time with any large commecial company (who are going to try to get you to pay for extras, send out some flunky or hustler, do a half assed job, and waste your time). Just call Larry
I wish I would have known about the drummer thing that just makes him even more cooler -

When you want a really quality job on your carpets, call Larry. He is so friendly, responsible and reliable. He works with you on exactly what kind of cleaners you want him to use. If you have allergies or are sensitive to chemicals, he has the right products and knows how to use them. He guarantees his work and will come back to make it right if there is ANYTHING you are not satisfied with.

We bought a new house with really dirty carpet-- 4 bedrooms, family room, living room, stairs, hallways, etc. There were all kinds of stains-- some unknown to mankind. It was scary but we weren't sure if we could save it and save thousands of dollars (at least for now) on new carpets.
Larry came to inspect our carpet and measure it. He was fair and gave us an honest price and he gave us a professional and honest opinion about how the carpet would look afterward.
6.5 hours later, Larry changed a scary situation into what we call "home." Larry is friendly, honest, and hard-working. He is experienced and he made our carpets almost new again. This carpet was abused badly so the fact that we feel good enough to nap on it means that Larry has done a wonderful job.

We got a puppy about 6 months ago, so our carpet was due for a cleaning. I went the cheap-o route last time and rented a machine from Safeway and did it myself, but that left me with a sore back and a not-so-clean carpet. So I decided to try out a professional this time.
Larry really delivered. He was prompt, friendly, efficient and left our carpets looking spotless! It was totally worth the money and reasonably priced too. He even got out the pee stain our puppy left on the couch! Thanks Larry! I'll definitely be calling him again. -

I had a fantastic experience with Larry's Extreme Clean. I was going to go with a large chain carpet cleaning company, but read so many great reviews on Yelp for Larry that I decided to support a local business.
I'm so glad I did. Larry arrived exactly when he said he would, gave me a fair estimate and then performed the work impeccably. He got some stains out of our carpets and sofa that I thought were permanent. This is a man who prides himself on a job well-done.
He was sweet to work around my dog and cat and cleaned up after himself before he left.
And, I felt comfortable with him in my home, which isn't always the case when you hire people to work on your house. Larry was polite, well-dressed and friendly.
I can tell you for sure that I'll go back to him again and again. -

We had a situation in which we needed a carpet cleaning service to come in and clean our carpets asap. My husband contacted Larry late Friday afternoon. Even though he was pretty booked up, Larry politely made room in his busy schedule to clean our carpets the following day. Larry was prompt, efficient and our carpets, loveseat and recliner are spotless.
We were having a new roof installed and the roofer guy showed up at the same time. So here we are trying to have our furniture and carpets cleaned while the roofing guys are hammering away. There was dirt everywhere and Larry had to work around the roofing guys, their equipment, big truck, debris, and tools. At one point, some of the roof dirt fell onto the freshly cleaned loveseat. Larry didn't lose his cool (I think I would have!). He just cleaned it up and had the roofers move the furniture so it wouildn't get dirty all over again.
I highly recommend Larry and will be a repeat customer. VERY satisfied. -

Larry was worth the long wait. He was right on time, he did not faint when he entered the lair of the male teen, and the carpet looks like new. It also isn't sopping wet, which has happened when other carpet cleaners did their job. I just hope he wasn't exposed to hazardous materials while he was cleaning up whatever things my son spilled in there over the past five years. He's pricier than other carpet cleaners and worth every penny. I'll use him soon for some oriental rugs and upholstery.

I almost went with a large corporation...I literally hung up on the operator when I found Larry's review on Yelp! I am sooooo glad I did. Larry was very friendly and did an excellent job on my large sectional couch. He even offered to do a few spot treatments on my area rug, but since he had already been working on my couch for an extra hour (no extra charge), I declined. But so nice for him to offer!
Thanks, Larry. You got the stains and dog smell out and now my two house bunnies feel comfortable enough to jump up on the couch once again! -

You know to expect good things when you get to deal directly with a business owner who's put his name on the line. Larry is no exception.
When you're letting someone into your home, you want them to be prompt, careful, courteous, friendly and Larry hits the mark. And he clearly cares about his work. Thanks to him the off-white carpets in my condo look like new, which is no small feat considering they've endured the traffic (and other stuff) of 2 humans, 3 dogs and a cat.
