After finding this place on yelp, I went in and got a free diagnoses....turns out it was my motherboard. They were able to diagnose the problem, and retrieve all of my information and put it on an external hard drive the same day I brought it in, and all for only $50. The customer service was also really great, the guy that helped me (I forgot his name) was as nice as could be. Just this morning I recommended them to my dad.

Some people know me by Johnny Wombo. I moved to San Diego in 1998, where met my wife, Anna and we have three beautiful children: Christina, Jojo, and Anthony.
We have over 20 people working for us now, and we repair hundreds of Laptops a week. With three locations in San Diego (Santee, Kearny Mesa, and Carlsbad) open six days a week (Mon-Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-6pm) it's more than a full time job.
