I've been coming here for service for over 7 years and purchased two Land Rovers here so I'm obviously a happy customer.  The service department is incredible - the customer service from Nick and Chuck is always impeccable.  They always keep me informed on the status of my vehicle and they take the time to explain to me exactly what is needed (and what items are "optional").  I won't go anywhere else for service.

2008 is off to a great start! While most people were probably avoiding the wind and rain on Saturday, my Dad and I decided to brave the storm and go car shopping. Thank you Jim Rains for the excellent service. I love my new 2008 Range Rover Sport!!!

The 5 stars is ONLY for SERVICE!!!! ALthough the dealership is much closer to my house than Fremont was, I did end up buying my 08 RR Sport Supercharged from Fremont because they actually gave me the time and day to find a car for me. I gave service here a try again after the first one being absolutely horrible, and they changed my mind completely. They have done a great job on great customer service with respect. Nick has been great and as long as he is there, I will continue bringing my car to SJ Land Rover. Thanks Nick!
