We had a great experience at this place. The Salesperson we dealt with is Shahram Y. He's great, honest, and trustworthy - and won't pressure you in buying. We love our car and received great service. We practically got to name our price and conditions under which we'd buy the car and they bent over backwards to make sure we drove off with our vehicle! None of that haggling and passing the paper with the number drama!!! Thanks, Shahram!!
I had a wonderful experience at Fremont Land Rover! From the moment I drove into the Service Department I had non-stop VIP treatment. My Service advisor was Evette, she is such a doll! She made sure my Range Rover SC was taken well taken care of.
I am very happy with this Dealership!
I had the best exeriance buying my Range Rover Sport Supercharged. They got the exact car I wanted and great personal service from sales up to managment. Had gone to Coles European after being lied to to drive 2 hours there and left that same day to buy my car at Fremont instead. Less cocky than San Jose Land Rover as well. I serviced my car for the first time at SJ Land Rover and got quite fustrated with the zombie like service advisors. The Fremont service advisors were actually humans!!!! Much rather drive the distance for some normal human interaction.
service department is horrible. they estimated 2.5 hrs to install a roof rack which LR san jose and LR redwood city estimated at one hour max. i've had to call constantly for the latest update on my vehicle. not always told an ETA and more than once been told at the end of the day that they'll need the vehicle overnight. i've given LRNA two less than all 5 star ratings after two separate appointments and after both, the service department called me accusing me of "costing people money". after this latest one, i was asked to take my business elsewhere because i "slammed them in a survey". i guess it's their practice to blame owners for their shortcomings, act as individuals at the expense of owner satisfaction and business professionalism, and not address the root cause of the problem or admit to poor service.

I walked up with my husband and said to salesman:
"I want a Range Rover".
He said, "We have those, let me show you this Land Rover".
Me: "No. R-A-N-G-E Rover."
Him: "Ah, here's a nice one. Do you like maroon?"
Husband: "She hates maroon. And thats a Land Rover".
It went on and on like that. He drove us thru the obsticle course in a LAND Rover. We said:
"Great, can we try that in THE VEHICLE WE ACTUALLY WANT??"
When he asked for our contact information, we told him we'd just come back later. He said in 10 years, maybe 2 people have ever came back. I said "Wonder why."
PS - We haven't been back.
The Parts department is horrible at this location. I stopped by one day to purchase a sunshade for my Land Rover. I was waiting at the parts counter for about 20 minutes when I decided to go up to the Front Desk and see if they can page somebody. When I got up to the FD, the receptionist looked up to me with a very obvious what-do-you-want look (even though she wasn't doing anything but sitting there) and said, "Yes?"
So I asked if there's anybody working at the Parts Department that I can talk to. She goes, "There's nobody there?"
"Uh, no...that's why I'm asking you this question." was my response. She told me to go back there and someone will be there shortly.
So I went back, eventhough I was already starting to lose my patience. Another 10 minutes went by when somebody finally came to the counter. I told him what I needed and he immediately said, "Sure, that's $45 plus tax" I was thinking that was a little steep for sunshade, but I love my truck too much so I figured, oh well. So I asked him to ring one up for me. THEN he asked what model and what year my truck was. He dug around the back for a good 15 minutes only to come back up and tell me they don't have it in stock. But that he can place an order for me the next day and that it should arrive in 2 days and that he'll call me when it gets in. Frustrated, I said told him ok and gave him my phone number.
A week and a half later, I get a call from their Parts Manager a little before noon, saying the shade is in and I can come by to pick up before they close at 4:30 that day. WTF!?!?!?
By the way, I went to Auto Zone the day after the ETA i was given and bought a generic sunshade for $10. AND I drive all the way to Redwood City for any service needs I have for my Land Rover.
