What I expected was a fair- to decent meal.
What I got was the best crab cake I ever had, and trust me I had a few.
Crab soup was great. Wait staff warm and friendly, and food arrived fast and hot.
A diamond in the rough, can't wait for the return trip!!

This is one of my favorite little hole in the walls. After 3 years I still get lost getting to or from here, but its worth it.
The atmosphere is simple for the dining room, and small-town bar for the bar. They have a very good french onion soup, which can be annoyingly hard to find around here, and a good selection of lunch options, and dinner specials. The thing that keeps me coming is the Steak For 2.
Last time I asked, it was a 40oz sirloin, with 4 sides and rolls, for $16. The sides are homey, not fancy, but tasty; I recommend the latkes or curly fries.
Seafood specials are good, but nowhere near the steak one. Service is on par with a 24hour Diner, mainly older ladies, but its usually quick, and they're reasonably friendly.
If you want something relaxed, and a bunch of seafood or red meat, and can find it, have at it. -

I've eaten here a lot, mostly for lunch, but dinners are good as well. Their cream of crab soup is to die for. Daily luncheon specials are usually creative and delicious, inexpensive. Dinners are likewise, but call ahead on Friday and Saturday nights for advance seating. We had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner in a private room, and everything was well-served and delicious. Our guests were pleased. All-in-all it's good food at a decent price.

Service was ok. Looks like a place for the older crowd. A very nice cozy atmosphere for quiet dining. The prices are excellent but food is hit or miss. I recommend the steak for 2 plus 4 sides for $15.95. The steak is actually not bad and you can't beat that deal. Also the french onion soup was excellent. Pork chops were mostly fat and bone. Entree salads were iceberg lettuce and yellow onions- two things that scream cheap. Chicken on salad was seasoned with some kind of packet mexican seasoning, obviously it was not appetizing or fresh. If you go, go for the atmosphere and steak deal.

Reliable, good food, great service, ask if Mary is workin, she's the greatest!!! Quiet, cozy, kinda that at home feeling atmosphere, no matter what you get you'll be satisfied, the nice thing is if you are feelin like a burger, they have it, if you are feeling like pasta, they have it, if you want seafood, they have it.... one of those places you can rely on when you don't want to cook, but you and your significant other cannot decide on a restaurant you both feel like....

Food is good quality for the price. Service isn't bad. The wings are good and they are a great price.
