I love this store. I can't speak as to the salon part of the store, only retail.
They've always got the products you're after and never once have I had an "uninterested" or "haughty" employee as another reviewer mentioned. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Never snooty. I know I can find what I need here and someone will offer assistance when I have trouble locating what I'm after. The prices aren't bad either. -

Uninterested employees-sometimes even a little haughty. Way overpriced. Can get any number of products much cheaper elsewhere. The price of one of their flat irons had us laughing. We bought it at Sears Mall for much less.
Located in the "downtown" mall of Anchorage, AK does not make a business special, so no justification for the attitude or ridiculous prices. -

This place is supposedly part of LA Style, but I would have to disagree. They told me that the $25 I'd be paying for an eyebrow wax would be a "spa" experience....that's definitely not what I had. I was waxed by a woman who reminded me of the girl in Annie...you know the drunk woman who worked at the orphanage...yeah that's the one...at first glance I thought the eyebrows looks "ok", but my friend was like "you paid $25 for that"...and then I looked again and wasn't thrilled. I guess I'll have to wait till I get back home to have them fixed...at least they grow back!
