When I lived in Austin, this was my "I don't feel well," give me soup please place. And it remains that even years later, as it has expanded throughout sundry regions. There is a consistency with this "chain" that I have never experienced. If you go, wherever, whenever that may be, get the MUST haves: tomato soup (so creamy, so so good) and the spinach strudel...no need to have dinner even 4 or 5 hours later, just a late night piece of their complimentary, marvelous bread, with a bit of jam.

I am not a fan.
First of all, none of the people that work at the counter speak English, so it can be kinda hard to make sure they get your order right.
They also can't make any of their pastas to order because they're all pre-made. I tried to get mine without mushrooms. No can do.
This is billed as a french bakery and restaurant, but I've been to others and they're nothing like this.
I can say that they have a great tomato soup, but that's pretty much it. If you're hungry and in the mall, you're best bet is to hit up Wetzel's Pretzels or Tomatoes.
