It's CLOSED!
Used to be the best, cheapest lunch on Newbury street, with the food being better than the North End location.
What happened to this restaurant? It used to be such great place for Italian confort food, people watching, relaxation ..... not anymore!
It is messy, dirty (just check out the menus) and the food come out all wrong. Maybe because the original owners do not care anymore? Or have thay sold it?
Almost as good as Ciao Bella. All I can think of when I went here was the bad baked ziti that everybody has at funeral receptions made by some toothless woman with a Winston in her mouth. It's that good.
This used to be among my favorite places to get an Italian dinner. I haven't been as much lately, as they have been going down in quality slightly. Still, I'd say it's worth going if your in the mood for Italian because when they are on, they are fantastic.
