2010 UPDATE - CLOSED - OUT OF BUSINESS :-(
For diners looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, (example Chicken Mole) as opposed to Tex-Mex (example fajitas at Chili's) La Cabana is superb. There are no fajitas on their menu but the only restaurants I have eaten in with mole sauce of this caliber are Rick Bayless' Frontera Grill in Chicago and Emerils.
Dinner at La Cabana starts with with still hot form the fryer chips and outstanding made on premises salsa in both red and green varieties. Chips & Salsa and Soup are included with all entrees. La Cabana serves only beer and wine so their Margarita is wine based not tequilla based. Nonetheless, they have all the major Mexican beers by the bottle, a decent wine list, and wines and sangria by the glass for $4.00 to $6.00 which in my book is a bargain. The decor is nothing extravagant but few will complaint while dining on the best Mexican in Brevard at execptionally reasonable prices. -

Easy to miss, but don't! The restaraunt is kind of hard to see from A1A but you'll definitely want to hunt for it, as the quality of food and service was great. Great value and tasty food make this place a definite bookmark.
