Ron's Landing is a seriously great restaurant and the menu is unbelievable! We almost had to flip a coin to decide which entre to choose. Luckily we wisely chose to enjoy the fantastic fish chowder while making up our minds. (See pictures, beautiful creamy chowder)

With guidance from Tara, our server, we settled on two fantastic choices, which I can't remember, because we ate there 6 months ago in July.

This establishment is an absolute must, if feel you deserve to be pampered. It had great dinner music and beautifully appointed decor.

One thing that amazed me was  that a few people came in wearing beach clothing. If you choose to eat at this restaurant, don't come here in a bathing suit straight from the beach. It is not a cheapy beach bum bar restaurant.

5 stars for excellent food, great wine list, wonderful ambiance and terrific service from our server Tara. I did notice another server rushing around giving people their food like she was trying to 'beat the clock'. I was glad we had a thoughtful and friendly server who created a relaxed atmosphere.

Just want to let you all know ...
They have a New owner! new crew! re-vamped menu!!!

Great place, great food, great entertainment!
Outdoor deck is nice and fun!

I will be down there again later this summer!  Looking forward to the new menu items! ... I think I saw a picture of seared tuna ... mmMMM!

(I think the food selection is better than the average place in Hampton! ... maybe because of the new chef? Either way, psyched to try some of the new dishes!)

We had a downright disgusting lunch here.

After walking by countless junk-food joints serving up only fried food, we thought La Bec Rouge may be our answer to getting something that wouldn't make us feel like crap for the rest of the day. So we went in and decided on the Teriyaki Chicken Wraps for $8. The wraps arrived and actually looked pretty good, but in this case looks were tragically deceiving! Rubbery tasteless chicken drenched in far too much salty old tasting teriyaki sauce was what we bit into. We were both hungry but lost our appetites after just one bite each. The only thing on the plate that were edible were the sweet potato fries.

The one upside of the place is that the staff seemed very nice. They were all foreign and very pleasant, and I felt bad that they had landed in such a dismal restaurant.

The staff was all foreign but they were very nice.

Argh. I love the building and I used to have friends that work there, that's why there's 3 stars and not 1.

I went twice last summer and both times I said "we're not coming here again". I just go back because of all the fun I used to have here. But emotional attachment doesn't make the food prices worth it, or the place any better. Too bad, I used to love it. I'll have to just get over it.

    $10 Sirloin Tips
That's right, and they're good too. Unfortunately I didn't order them, my girlfriend did. I had the Chicken Tender Dinner which is more like a Chicken Tender Basket + $2.
La Bec Rouge typically has live entertainment in their outside dining on the roof but for this meal we ate inside. The interior is well decorates but poorly lit, almost eerie.
There really isn't too much to say other than they have some good $10 Sirloin Tips which earn La Bec Rouge a 3 /5.

yup, im on a kick, cant stop me now.

im giving this place, the real cream d'la creme BS of ocean blvd hampton beach nh 2 stars. heres why. the roof. its really the only 'draw' to this place...however it is good and if you just accept that this is the best your going to do for a 'nice meal' is chicken fingers on paper with beer in solo cups (not as nice as solo) well are you picking up what im laying down?

roof is nice, but hampton is well, it is what it is.

What a dump. Went in the other day for lunch, and thought that it would be a good place to start day drinking on a beautiful day, the bartender looked like Snookie from the Jersey Shore, and was ready to get her GTL on. She was rude, and unattentive. The food was so bad, I couldn't finish my wings and wrap. The smell in there was something I can't quite put my finger on, maybe a cross between a frat party and Fenway Park after the game. What did I expect from a place that serves everything with and on plastic.

Probably the best place I went to eat during my weekend vacation in Hampton Beach. Really good stuffed cheese breadsticks, yummy buffalo chicken sandwich and my boyfriend had a good wrap. Definitely check it out if in the area!

Ehh.. the place is all right. Food was edible, portions decent. Nothing fancy, nothing special. I got the Baked Seafood Trio which was kind of pricey for something not all-that.

Food is regular pub food. Dislike their plastic silverware and plates. But you can be on top of deck and have a ocean view. There is also live music while you eating your food. Very relaxing while you get a breeze in a hot summer day.

Ive had many many many drunk , fall down nights here.  Definitely the best bar in Hampton beach.  This bar has been consistent for my 15 yrs of legal drinking in Hampton.  On the weekends there are always bands downstairs bar, and up top you can drink outside on the deck bar.  This place probably holds 400 people at capacity , fair drink prices, decent food, good bartenders, good crowd. My favorites are the steak tips and the terryaki swiss burger.

This is truly  the toast of the town! While driving through the mediocre restaurant row on Hampton Beach, we were pleasantly drawn in by the glamourous signage and attractive patio/deck of La Bec Rouge. Upon our arrival we were quicky seated on the grand deck, the prime spot for sun, cocktails and live music. As we gazed over the menu  we were impressed by the beach-chic selections with european influences. The dishes are exquisite and are as delicious as they are described in the menu. The staff consists of beautiful servers that are attentive to your every need and request. I was pleasantly greeted by the new owner who glided along  from table to table to ensure quality and confort among the guests. The new and improved La Bec Rouge is a definite treasure among the  clam shacks and hot dog dives of the beach!

There is not much to choose from on Ocean Blvd for real dining food so I would say this place is pretty good.   There is a upstairs outdoor sitting area that overlooks the street and ocean.  The staff was very friendly.  We ordered the cocktail shrimp which was very good jumbo shrimp.  Our main dishes took a while.  My steak tips were more well done  than medium the way I ordered them but they were still pretty good.  The fresh veggies(zucchini, squash, carrots) were delish.    My boyfriends fish n chips were pretty good but not the best Ive had.  The coleslaw was not really good.  My biggest complaint is that there were a lot of knat bugs around me..they kept biting me.  I dont know if it was because we were near a plant?  We would prob return but sit inside next time.
