I must admit I do go a little crazy when I do visit this place. However, it is still not Ichiban Kan which offers basically the same stuff but between $1 and $2.

i go here to buy Karu when i'm to lazy to go to the japanese grocery store.  similar to items in japan that you'd see in a hundred yen shop in japan. cool place to spend money.

I used to buy little snacks, and cheap dishware from here. I loved this place. Most of the items you can find at "The Daiso" in Japan for 100-500 yen. Needless to say, I'm also a Daiso fan. I loved what was sold in Kyun/Daiso because they actually are USABLE, and don't look "cheap". Kyun in the Great Mall may be closed, but the one in Daly City is still open, and is also selling items online at kyunusa.com
