I don't eat wings often, but I would if they were from KyoChon. Absolutely love their finger licking {SOY GARLIC WINGS} these are so tasty better than all the other wings on their menu in my opinion. They are on the smaller side, so always order more than you think you will want to eat. We ordered a side of {WEDGE POTATO FRIES} and {PICKLED RADISH} which are a bit on the sweet side, but a nice side dish with the wings.

It is a bit pricey, but tasty.

Broke my promise and returned again *tail between the legs*

Superbowl calls for wings so of course, I was asked by the host to bring Kyochon.

I called Saturday and a girl took my order.

Called Sunday to revise my order AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY OLD ONE!

    WTH??  *fuming*

    Thank God I called..
I would have been so p*ssed if I showed up and they weren't ready.
    100 wings @ 2:30..

So I show up at 2:30 with expectations of a wait.

    It's crazy busy...

And 10 minutes later my order is ready.

$80 is super pricey...  Makes me mad they don't include the radish *fuming*

Well, my life is ruined now.

I don't even like wings (ew bones) but I tried these and now I like them so much I'm probably going to want to eat fried chicken more and and that is not good for the figure.

Soy Garlic- delicious and crispy. Spicy- spicy and a little sweet. The heat builds! You have been warned. I enjoy it, but my friend was actually sweating.

I'm surprised that the Honey Wings are even better than the Soy Garlic Wings. $8.99 for 8 wings is a bit steep but I do have to admit that these wings are so delicious.  I still haven't given BonChon a try but KyoChon is way better than Chicken Day for sure.

Too much money and no where to spend it? Then head over to KyoChon.

I was in the area after an appointment a few nights ago and my friend Monica N texts me that KyoChon was nearby.  Ahh, KyoChon, the famous chain from Korea, has been on my wishlist for awhile so I broke my no meat rule just this one time.

The interior feels like the uber bright thumpin video set of the Janet Jackson/Michael Jackson's duet where they were in white space cadet suits and bouncing all over the walls.  Why does every Korean place have music blasting? Where do the old and therefore nonhip older Koreans go? lol

    THE ORDER:
    - Whole Chicken in Soy Garlic sauce
    - Classic Chicken Wings (Half / Half) in Sweet & Spicy (Medium) and Soy Garlic

    THE YUMMY:

    O
    M
    G!!

Wingstop ain't shit compared to what I'm eating.

The WHOLE CHICKEN in SOY GARLIC http://www.yelp.com/bi... sauce is finger lickin' good!! Hell, KFC ain't got nothing on KyoChon either!! Every piece of chicken is perfectly crispy without being too oily or soggy.  Then the flavor is glazed on with a brush so that the taste is even in every bite!   I HAD to eat this with an order of white rice.  Just sooo perfect!!

CLASSIC WINGS http://www.yelp.com/bi... were skimpy on the meat especially for the price, so I'd say they're more snack size than for a meal especially when compared to the substantial whole chicken order.  I got my order of 10 wings split so I could taste both flavors in Sweet & Spicy in MEDIUM SPICY and the same Soy Giarlic.  I heeded the advice in all the other reviews about the dragon fire spiciness.  You know what?

    - The MEDIUM SPICY was spicy enough even for my Chinese palette and one bottle of water didn't cut it.  I was dying!! Just like the whole chicken, the Sweet & Spicy was brushed on after it was just out of the fryer so the wings were crispy with lots of flavor.

    - My preference between the two is the SOY GARLIC as the flavor was the same whether it was wings or pieces of chicken.  I'm not a fan of sweet, as I prefer savory so this is more a reflection of my own personal preference and not a knock on KyoChon's menu offerings.  Do note though that I'm not implying that the Sweet & Spicy flavor, even in medium spiciness, was in any way too sweet.  It was actually pretty perfect. But my preference is for anything soy-garlicky-gingery!! YUM!!

WHITE RICE was dry, old and clumpy.  It's like the cheap stuff you get at fast food places so this was a big fail that didn't complement their yummy chicken!!

    THE OVERALL:

KyoChon is a worthy destination. lol, but it pretty much is the Korean version of KFC complete with a glass case of full of Pepsi products. It's fast food but dayum it's finger lickin good.  Orders seem to be made ahead of time but is hand brushed with flavor when the order is placed.  I like that the skin is thin and crispy instead of fatty like it's done at KFC.

Soy Garlic is the winner here due to my personal preference.  It's finger lickin' good but overall, KyoChon rates 3.5 in my book.

Note: It's in the same lot as the infamous Hae Jang Chon AYCE KBBQ joint http://www.yelp.com/bi... so yah, parking can be a clusterfugg.  $2 valet and they do work their ass off, so be patient.

I used to really like this place when I've first had it years ago.  I don't care for it as much now because my stomach has a lower tolerance for spicy and greasy food.

I ordered the wing combo (2 hot and spicy and 3 originals).  Even though I can barely handle the heat and it looks like I am wearing lipstick all of the sudden, I still have to get it.  It's just so damn good.  The original was good but boring after eating the hot and spicy.  The potato wedges were ok, nothing special.  I wished they had fountain soda instead of the bottled/canned stuff.  I wanted tea with my combo but they said it would cost extra!!!

I can't give this place a higher rating because I felt that there wasn't really much else to it.  I also won't be this place frequenting much.  For 5 small wings and a box of wedges, it was about $8+ if I can recall correctly.  Kinda pricey!

    J. Gold favorite. Really respect his varied taste. Although he ventures into unmarked Pork belly flavors a bit much. Not like my boy A. Zimmeran, but close enough. Anyway, I'm guided by his journey's. True out of the way places in La Food culture. Not all Sunset, or Melrose, 3rd or beverly. He claims this is the best chicken in Hollywood. Best I've ever tasted was Willie Mae's in New Orleans. Post katrina. Anyway. KyoChon is a Korean brand, and a great thing we have it. located in a crowed korean mall on 6th. They cook to order, best to call ahead. I love calling for 18 piece honey wings, after leaving YMCA, and going to my loft to watch/enjoy a tivo laker game. or just writing/reading scripts.
they offer pickled Korean radishes. or potato wedges. its about their chicken. Besides Honey, theres Soy Garlic, or Hot as hell.
they triple fried. and the crunch is heavenly.
Trust a chicken wing fiend. it's delicious
    enjoy

1 star! I had such a bad time again for the second time and that's it for me, not ever going to have kyochon anymore. They would have to pay me to go there. I'm sure people have different opinion about this place, but I'm just being honest about my experience.

The restaurant doesn't look clean, the table seems to be stained here and there. I went there like around 3p and there were a few people there. When we ordered, they said it'll take 20min to get our food, and we were ok with that.

20 mins went by, we still haven't got our food, I kept quiet until the folks on the next table got their food first even though they came after. I went to ask them about my order, how come the other folks got their food and we didn't. As it turns out, they gave my food to the next table folks.

But knowing that they've made a mistake, instead of working on getting my food right away, they kept on banging their to go order. Their delivery guy kept on going back and forth from the kitchen and into the car.  On top of this, another guy who came after us, got his food.

I didn't wanna make a scene, but I just kept throwing dirty looks to the kids who works there. I knew that I would rather write my wrath on yelp, than humiliating myself by loosing it in front of other people for stinking fried chicken wings.

So after about 45 mins, we finally got our food. I ate it in such a bad mood, I couldn't even taste anything good from the wings. It was okay tasting I thought, I could definitely live without it. As we were eating, I heard the next table folks complained that they never got their fries, and I thought we were the only one there who got a bad service.

Another hype, this is a great example of trends with bad taste.

The sauces are all disgustingly sweet and artificial, fried chicken's pretty dry, and the rice crispy nuggets are pigeon food. Service is aggravatingly slow and obnoxious. It doesn't even deserve a 2nd try.

Garlic soy chicken is pretty strong-tasting. I guess I was full that day even after a browse in the L.A. Art Show. Underneath the crisp and seasoned fried skin is tender but slightly bland meat. But after a while, I started pairing the two for a somewhat duller but still good flavour.

1st visit: "Hey this chicken is pretty good".
2nd visit, driving in my car after picking up my order to eat at home: "This smells really good. Out of my way LA traffic, I have chicken to eat!"
3rd visit: Addicted. Withdrawal symptoms may include cold sweats, insomnia, and irritability.

Fried Garlic Soy Wings: extremely flavorful and delicious.
Fried Spicy Wings: Very spicy, a hint of a mellow sweet after-taste, and delicious.
I'm also a fan of their sweet/spicy dipping sauce. Is that a Korean condiment? I want more.

Pro tip: In my opinion, a 3 to 2 ratio between Soy and Spicy wings provides an optimal flavor experience.

This placed used to be one of my favorite places for fried chicken.  Their garlic and soy sauce was a great alternative to the more traditional friend chickens out there.  But lately the quality of their chicken has really fallen off.  What used to be crisp and delicious chicken is now usually soggy on the outside and dry on the inside.  Used to come here a lot because I lived close by, and would even continue to come even after moving farther away, but now its not really worth the effort.

Ordered chicken with garlic but instead got garlic with chicken! I couldn't talk to anyone for the next three days...

In addition to feeling vampire-secure, I felt the chicken was exactly how legs and thighs should be... tender and moist on the inside with a delicious crispy coating on the outside (athankyou).

Great for late night runs to fulfill those 1am cravings.

Only other issue is the poor-ish service. Get your food to go... chicken runnn!!!

I went back to this place again because It been years since last time. I already forgot how slow it was. The first time I went during lunch. I remember vaguely that the garlic chicken wings were good. It took so long. When I came back from lunch I got this stinky look from my coworkers and my boss like I took 3 hour lunch, which is definitely not a place you can go for lunch especially when you have to go back to work.

Here I am again back at this place. I noticed the grill chicken wings on the menu. I asked the cashier if this is a new item because I didn't see this last time. She didn't answer me anything...How weird...Then I order 6 grilled soy garlic wings. They said it would take 15 mins. I went to sit down. 40 mins later, everyone including people who came way after me, got their food. I went to complain and came back to sit down. 15 mins later...I saw my waitress just finished her shift. She sat down with her boyfriend at a table near by with a big box of fried chicken. I was so angry at that point. It's almost an hour and I still didn't get my chicken wings.

Finally my wings came. I ate them so quick because of hunger. I don't even remember how it tasted. I'm pretty sure it was not that great. Definitely not worth a hour wait! They were so tiny and didn't fill me up at all. I thought of ordering more but I don't wanna wait any longer. So I just left . VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Kyochon, Bonchon...it's all the same for me here in the west coast. It seems that bonchon chicken isn't that big of a deal here in Los Angeles. Back where I'm from (Boston), it's appreciated. Here...Bonchon chicken has diminished to something that's somewhat equivalent to a KFC restaurant. Not necessarily bad, just really common.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE KFC...but the bonchon chicken simply doesn't seem like quality chicken here.

OH! But the restaurant Kyochon itself is fine. Nice and clean. I just wish the people were nicer and paid more attention to you as a customer. The service was ... meh, but I don't really expect much from places in Ktown. I suggest finding street parking because their parking lot isn't free!!

Their favors are original. It's something you can't duplicate or find elsewhere. My favorite flavors are the Soy Garlic from their Signature Wings, and their Honey Wings. It seems a bit pricey, compared to some national chains though.

I didn't like the fact that they sold individually bottled sodas and juices, as opposed to fountain drinks with free refills. These drinks are over-priced as well ($2.49 for a 20 oz. drink).

The friendly cashier checked on the tables regularly too. He even asked if the room temp was fine, or of we needed it changed. Great service compared to the first couple of times I visited. They improved! Which makes it a better place to eat and chill.

Parking? You might have to get your car valeted. Not a lot of room. So if they are busy, you're better off going to eat somewhere else. Or you might have to wait a while.

But overall, a 4 for great food and great service!

While I prefer bonchon, kyochon isn't bad in it's own right. The wings were a little too small in my opinion but the honey wing batter is right.

skip the grilled wings, and make sure to get some rice and daikon to cut the spicy on the spicy wings because they're hot enough you'll need it.

still need to try bbq chicken to feel like i've run the korean fried chicken gamut but I'd place this below bonchon and around love letter

Decided to get some KyoChon last night.  We figured we'd get a medium of the honey wings and try something different and get the medium of the hot and sweet.

The honey wings were done great.  Loved it the last time, it did not disappoint.

The hot and sweet wings, however, were on fire!  They are no joke!  Beware to all those who enjoy spicy wings, the spice on hot and sweet wings will burn a tongue tingling hole in your mouth!!

Still great wings nonetheless but I will stick to the honey and soy garlic flavors.

KyoChon is a small, brightly lit, Korean fried chicken restaurant located in a strip mall on the corner of 6th Street and Serrano in the heart of Koreatown.  You can usually find a parking spot in the lot if you come here Sunday through Wednesday, but if you come Thursday through Saturday, you'll either have to valet or find street parking.

As you enter, you are seated at a modern, fast-food joint style table, with a service bell.  Although the service bell is a nice thought, don't bother ringing it (it's just for looks), the server won't come.  The place is small enough just to wave a staff member down.

Plainly said, the service is slow, and the staff inattentive.  BUT THE FRIED CHICKEN IS DELICIOUS!  It is definitely well worth the wait.  My recommendation is to order the SPICY CHICKEN and the GARLIC CHICKEN.  The spicy chicken will set your face on fire, but will keep you coming back for more.  The garlic chicken is your tasty balance.  Add a scoop of rice in there as a side dish to counteract the spicy.  Throw in a small side salad.  And make sure to have the server bring you two cups of water, as they may not come back to your table after they deliver your food.

Unfortunately, I would only recommend KyoChon for the fried chicken, as the other items on the menu are just so-so.

These are just some of the best wings that I have ever eaten.  I would like to die by drowning in this fucking sauce!  I ordered the whole chicken once or twice before, and it is good, but the wings are first rate.  I saw that for a day or two, they had a beer and wine license, but they probably served a minor or two, and it was subsequently yanked.  The eating area is cold and uncomfortable, and the potato wedges and radish cubes are disgusting.  For me, it is all about the takeout wings and I always walk there to avoid what must be the biggest strip mall parking nightmare in all of Koreatown.  They are a little pricey, but well worth it.

I honestly don't know what the big deal is about this place. I've had better Korean style chicken. I first went to KyoChon years back when it first opened. My friend and I had the worst experience of our lives and I hadn't gone back until recently.

When my friend and I went, when it first opened, the customer service was HORRENDOUS! The server got our order wrong AND we found hair in our ttokboki, but the store didn't do anything to fix it. They  just took the plate back to the kitchen and all they said was "sorry". They didn't offer us another plate or a credit on our bill. When we asked if we can get some kind of a service for that inconvenience, they said they couldn't do anything.

I hadn't gone back to KyoChon for several years after that until recently. My friends were craving their garlic chicken so I decided to give them another try and boy did I regret that decision. The customer service is same as always- HORRIBLE. The cashiers have a face expression of someone that doesn't want to be there and not want to help their customers. Not only that, their portions are just ridiculous, in my opinion, for its price. For 10 tiny pieces of wings and drumsticks, I really don't think its worth its price. Another thing that doesn't make sense to me is their service time. We ordered their style of chicken strips and 10pc chicken wings and that took about 30mins. I understand that they have previous orders to fulfill, but it REALLY shouldn't take that long to serve chickens (I don't know if it's just me that feels this way about their service time.. I might be spoiled by all those restaurants that serve their customers fast and efficiently).

If I was a celebrity chef on Food Network doing a special on The Best Thing I Ever Ate - Chicken Wings, I would totally talk about K-F-C.  No, not that place! ;-)

Do yourself a favor and drive to a KyoChon and order the spicy-level wings.  If you're like me, make sure to have a tall glass of water or beverage next to you.  The combination of the sweet glazed flavors, crunchy light coat, perfectly moist chicken meat, and spiciness made this wing quite addicting.  If you can't handle the heat, then non-spicy is an option. (wuss!) ;-)

To properly eat at KyoChon, you must use chopsticks! Yes to no mess! Add a side of potato wedges to compliment those wings! They have a light, flavorful coat with a fluffy interior.  There are other things to order here, but as a beginner I would start with the basic/spicy wings.

Can you say: winner, winner, chicken dinner?

Wings were awesome.. SERVICE is HORRIBLE... For 10 wings.. It literally took 40 minutes to arrive to our table & that's after I asked about our order. Because of their service, I'd have to rate it 2 stars.

    Quick tip.... Order to go!!!

This is a very good play for those who have the urge of eating chicken wings.
The service is pretty good too.
BEST of all is the taste. I am not a huge fan of chicken wings, but it is to say that it makes me want to eat more and more because of the addicting taste.
For those who have not gone there before,  I suggest you pull out your wallets.

I heard about this place on tv, so I decided to try it. We ordered the Whole Chicken to go. We waited for approximately 20 minutes! The place wasn't crowded so there is no excuse for that. While waiting, my friend went to the unisex bathroom.  She said it was disgusting and dirty in there. I decided not to use it. Overall, the place wasn't very clean. Dirty floors and surfaces. The service was painfully slow... it seemed like the employees were moving in slow motion... seriously! The only good thing about this place was the chicken. Honestly, it was delicious! I would have given this place more stars if the service and cleanliness were better. Kyochon Chicken has a great concept ... They just need to realize people hate slow service and dirtiness. I hope they clean it up.

    PROS:
The spicy chicken is the spiciest chicken ever. Seriously. You could die.

The garlic chicken is really, really good and you will crave it.

    You can txt your order.

    CONS:
It can feel slow if you order once you get there.

The side dishes could be better.

The wait staff could be more attentive / friendlier, too.

    OVERALL:
I think the pros outweigh the cons because at the end of the day I'm coming here for chicken and their chicken is sooo good. I come here all the time despite the cons.

The wings are addicting!  Crispy on the outside and flavorful all around.

The service isn't that great but that does not stop me from coming back for those delicious wings.

Fancy fried chicken, slightly on the pricy side but the food is tasty.  A friend and I ordered the sampler plate, which was an extremely bad idea since we ended up with SO MUCH FOOD.  And of course, everything is fried.  A good side order are the pickled radish slices to balance the taste of all the fried and oily foods.  Potato wedges are seasoned well and crispy.

For what it is, the price is a little expensive.  Service is OK, more of fast food service.  Also, parking is ridiculous in this area.  I was lucky to find street parking on the adjacent street, otherwise there's valet that can take a long time just to drop off your car because of the huge back up.

Wow where have you been all my life! Asian spin on fried chicken? I love it!

Garlic soy is amazing! Perfectly crispy outside and perfectly juicy inside. The flavor really packs a nice punch. The Hot and Sweet wing are really good too. Super super spicy, but that's how I like them. I would take those over buffalo wings any day.

Since I tried them I have been craving them for the longest time. I had some buffalo wings recently and I cried a little inside because I wished they were Kyochan wings.

If you haven't tried Kyochon chicken, your definitely missing out!! One of  my favorite fried chicken wings of all time!
The garlic soy sauce wings is my go to, I actually don't want to get anything else, They are THAT good. They "flash fry" their chicken, which gives this crunchy chicken skin unlike no other. They changed the restaurant to self serve recently but still an awesome place for wings. Alil on the expensive side considering it is wings but worth it since once you taste it, you will be coming back for more. I would even drive 20min out of my way to get these wings, lol.

All and all, I can't go too long without having my Kyochon fix. Luckily, they have one in the fox hills mall food court in culver city which is alot closer to me since my gym is in the same mall.
Yes, I have gotten this chicken right after my workout,LOL

Ive been to this place a few times.  Service is terrible, they always run out of the food you want , and sometimes you need to ask them to bus the table you want to sit at.

    On to the food....

The spicy chicken is great!  It starts off sweet and then all of a sudden it kicks up the heat and your nose starts to run.  As hot as it is, you cannot get enough of it.  The Chickeb seems to be fried once, then glazed w sauce and then fried again.  The crunch of the chicken skin, with the tender meat is something I cannot describe.  Im starting to like the soy garlic wings now too....especially since my nose doesnt run when I eat these.  Ill def be back here, and I wish they would bring back the Bibimbap rice ball!

    PS

Buy enough ingredients and drinks for your paying customers.
Oh and please be attentive to your customers....We are not just paying for good food!

Amazing, amazing wings. Crispy, sweet/salty/umami delicious.

Only reason I don't give 5 stars is I think it is ridiculous they don't have more sides, and the sides they have aren't great- no veggies? No salad? No other rice options? Etc. etc.

Kyochon chicken was packed when I went with a line. I ordered for 4 of us so I got the sampler which is basically everything on the menu and the wait was ridiculous for the food to come out. Took a while just to even find a seat. The broccoli salad was good and the potato wedges were okay but nothing too out of the ordinary amazing. The spicy chicken is SO SPICY which I LOVE. But other than that after the first bite which was great everything became just like typical chicken which I don't understand then because it's pretty pricey just for fried chicken. The sauces too- apple, mango, and whatever else there was because I ordered them all I hated. I only liked ranch. Probably good for group setting but parking is impossible and not worth the wait and price

You guys - after living in L.A. and Yelping almost every day for two and a half years, I finally sat down and tried Kyochon Chicken.  I'm embarrassed that it took so long.  I mean it's not like I haven't been Korean and hungry the entire time.

Let me redeem some Korean points by saying that my mother had a Groupon, and that I met her and my little brother for a discounted lunch.  I arrived first and ordered at the counter, where I was helped by a friendly, helpful cashier.  I grabbed a table and waited for my family and food.

I liked the Kyochon space quite a bit.  It had a definite casual fast food atmosphere, but it was very clean, with a decor dominated by spotless white.  Both my family and my chicken took a long time to come.  I spent time eavesdropping on a table of four Korean boys talking about their SAT scores.  I wanted to tell them that my 13-year-old brother was on his way, and that he'd taken a diagnostic SAT and gotten a 2200.  True story.

When my mom and brother made it to the table, a lonely bowl of steamed rice was there to greet them.  The rest of the food came several minutes later.  We ordered the $25.99 sampler, which came with five pieces each of signature wings, drumsticks, grilled wings, honey wings, and sal sal chicken strips.  For the wings and drumsticks, we got to choose between soy garlic and hot and sweet, and we tried both.  Sides of muu and steamed rice were $1.75 each, which I found kind of questionable.

The chicken was great, and the standard fried chicken reigned supreme.  My favorites were the drumsticks.  The skin was not as shatteringly crispy as I'd hoped, but the meat was moist and flavorful and I loved the sauces.  The hot and sweet was good with a spicy gochujang heat.  The soy garlic was even better, salty and a little sweet, and perfect for the chicken.  The signature wings were also good, with similar skin but a bit less meat.

The grilled wings were not half as good as the fried ones, as much as I'd like to say differently.  They were kind of bland and unsatisfying.  The honey wings, on the other hand, were a delicious variation, a sticky, tasty, finger-licking mess.  I was also surprised at how much I enjoyed the chicken strips.  I associate chicken strips with my high school cafeteria, but these strips were interesting, dotted with little round rice puffs that leant them a pleasurable crunch.  The meat was good, too, and it came with a garlic dipping sauce.

Every type of chicken was improved by the accompaniment of muu, little cubes of pickled white radish.  Kyochon's muu came sealed in a carton as if it were a block of tofu.  I found this strange, and I found the fact that we had to pay for it even stranger.  Still, it was worth the couple bucks.  Something about the cool refreshing flavor and firm crunch of pickled radish elevates fried chicken to beautiful heights.

I'm not sure how often I'll make it back to Kyochon, as no one I know has much of a Korean fried chicken habit.  Since I've finally tried it, though, I can at least say I'm a fan and that I'm not done spending money on muu.  Now if you don't mind me, I'm going to pretend I've been a fan for years.  Just like I'm going to pretend I read "Moby Dick" in college as soon as I finish reading it never.

Thank you Kyochon for degrading the quality of your food!  Now I don't have the cravings anymore... =(

I "loved" your grilled chicken steak and soy garlic signature wings, but why is it the last few times I've ordered these dishes, the grilled chicken as been consistently dry and old as if it was prepared the day before, and the signature wings have very little sauce brushed on, causing the overall lack of flavor...

On that note, why are you always running out of chicken?  That's your menu, chicken?!!!

    Now I'm depressed...

    Updated - 12/13/2011

I'm updating this with three stars because I've now been to KyoChon FOUR times and had them inform me that while they're still open, they are out of chicken and anything else I might want to order. If you're a chicken place and you're out of chicken, you're closed. But it it happens THAT often, you should probably work on your chicken resupply logistics. They're open till three, but they're the only restaurant I now have to call and ask "hey, are you out of THE ONLY THING YOU SERVE?" before driving halfway across town during their business hours. I like KyoChon, but I'm not a huge fan of the service, and when they become strictly a 200% more expensive then 7-11 soda vendor because they're out of food, frequently, before closing; they earn 3 stars.

Yes, one of the best chicken in koreatown. Price fits the quality of the food but the problem is whenever we order for dine in they always serve our food after an hour or more!!!! The lady cashiers just consistently take orders but will never tell u how long u will wait and definetly will give u the wrong order in the end.

Honestly, they should try not to give the to go orders first before the dine in. This is one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. And please speak in english people you are in LA.
